constant issues and lacking detail
I am happy that i am
able to use an app to communicate with our daycare. however the app needs help! it is constantly down, messages between the staff and I are delayed. it’s not a delay in actual response but a delay in the messages appearing for the end user. announcements that are time sensitive have no date to show when posted. it feels outdated and difficult to use. the wonderful team at our daycare deserves a better functioning app. parents should be able to comment on photos when shared by staff. i have lots of feedback to improve

crashes all the time, forces sign outs
Truly terrible. Sort of works most of the time, but it’s always slow. Then I’ll go through entire days where it inexplicably crashes and signs me out,and makes it so that I can’t see any pertinent real time updates on my child or access message inbox, which makes it essentially useless. Updates seem to always make it worse somehow? Horrible and needs a complete overhaul.

failed update
was told to update app but now nothing will load. really frustrating to get notifications and then be unable to see moments.

That app was terrible and this one is too.
Alerts refuse to disappear at times, and at others they just don’t appear.
It takes easily 20 seconds to load email, and then it loads again if I need to switch between “inbox” and “all mail.” And I’m still not sure what the difference is.
I have 3 kids and pay well over 30k a year, think they could give me an app that isn’t doggie doodoo

Gets the job done but always slow or broken
First I’m thankful that I can get updates and see what my child is doing all day while I’m at work. It keeps my mind at ease. However, photos rarely ever load right away, most often taking hours or even until the next day to load - kind of defeats the purpose of seeing what my child is doing that day. Messages from his teachers are painfully slow to open and I often get logged out. This app is a good idea but needs work for the many bugs that never seem to be fixed.

Constantly crashing
Completely useless app since it’s constantly crashing or just showing the loading screen then signs you out.

Latest update prevents us from opening messages sent to us by the center.
Awkward interface and broken push notifications
This app gets the job done, however there are two major flaws
1) Filtering “moments” doesn’t exist and therefore it’s impossible to search the history for updates from the school vs photos vs food/potty/nap updates. Related: The “load more” takes you back up to the top and forces you to scroll all the way back down to go back in the history.
2) push notifications are BROKEN right now and not triggering at all. I checked my app and noti settings, both have push turned on. I missed important announcements from the school because of this
