Chinese cheap quality store. Do not bother. Unless you like cheap bad quality products. Should have done more research. No idea why they’re allowed to have these stores running and arent shut down. Fake reviews galore. And the best part is the ai generated products and pictures. Rooting for this to be shut down.

Odd pricing
Price changed a lot when I failed to progress the original order. Told me to download the app which saved me about £60! Postage price dropped a lot as well but then postage insurance was added thereby increasing postage a bit.

Poor Service
I ordered 3 dresses from this company. The items were shipped but for the past three days I have tried to review the order and track the packages but the website is not available. I also tried to call customer support several times but the line is busy so I can’t get through. I really regret buying from this company and will not make any future purchases.

Cheap Products - Hit or Miss
I have ordered a ton of stuff from lighinthebox but I probably have donated about 10% of the items because the quality was poor. A good amount of the items had good quality and the pricing is amazing so you put up with the bad and move on.
