This thing has been the absolute worst at staying connected. It continually disconnects from the POS and is now saying there’s a required update, but the app is up to date. Trash

New update stopped working on all devices
We have multiple devices that were working but with thr new 5.0 update. Not one device is talking to the ipads.
Lack of options. Should be able to customize the screen.
Can’t change orientation or type face or anything. Why can’t I remove the customer email nonsense. Nobody wants that as a default. Very disappointed with the lack of basic features. Allow the merchant to themselves on the “CUSTOMER FACING DISPLAY” which is not a big deal to code for.

Sometimes there are sync issues, but most of the time this customer facing display is a crucial tool for our retail shop.
Very manual and limited compatibility
Have to constantly activate the screen display. It doesn't activate itself. It was compatible with my iPad and now it stopped working
Great if it works
Unlinks to POS and after every update won’t reconnect for days. Great when it works although doesn’t automatically scroll to see the last item added at the bottom of the list as you add items. Also only works from POS to display not other way. So customers waste time putting their own email address in the box, this doesn’t tell POS who the customer is and gets overwritten anyway after the customer is entered by POS.
