My 3678 scanner is now a paper weight!!!!!! It will not connect to my iPad or anything else for that matter this app is complete garbage

Broke the scanner
After connecting my 3678 to this app once in the hope of adding a suffix, my scanner now refuses to connect to literally anything else. It also will no longer scan any barcode unless this app is open and connected to the scan gun, which wouldn’t be an issue if the app itself would let me export the barcodes that it scans or would allow me to use the scanner in other apps (such as Excel or NetSuite). However, since it won’t let you do anything with the data it scans, and won’t let you scan to other apps, this $900 scanner has now become useless.
