I canceled a reservation on Nov 10, more than 30 days now and they still did not refund my money, already sent several emails without response. DO NOT rent a car with them. Also several cases of this company being dishonest

Scam- your deposit will be stolen
Please heed this review. I booked with them in September of this year. It is now December and I have yet to be refunded my deposit. There were no problems during my rental period. They just straight up charged my card and haven’t returned the deposit amount. They don’t tell you in advance how much they are charging as a deposit nor do they make it evident that a deposit would be charged in the first place. I have lost $1600 due to this company. I encourage you to look up other reviews on liigu.

Scam fraud
Fraud!!! do not use Liigu at all. Hi, Everyone. This company is a fraud and they are doing scams, and I want to share my experience with you guys. I took a car on rental on 28th September and returned it clean and safely on 01st of October. Before taking the car on the rental I asked them about the security deposit they are charging me when I will get that back they clearly told me 72 hours after returning the car. But today it has been more than 03 weeks and I have not received my refund. Every time I ask about the refund they keep on saying the review is going on review is going on, what types of mechanics are doing that review which is taking so long???? Even an accidentally damaged car gets repaired within a week. I am chasing them every day because 2400 CAD is not a small amount for a student. They are telling me our sales target has not been completed, which is why it is taking so long - but what do I have to do with your sales target??? I am not your employee, I am a customer!!! I need my refund back ASAP.
