Wrong way and no refund

I took a taxi from molitor in the xvi to CDG. The driver took the wrong entry and almost went all the way to Versailles. So we were 15 mins late at the airport and were charged an extra 20-25 euro. I have submitted a claim on the app 6 months ago but nobody replied. Very poor.

Best service for parents in Paris

Great service. Cars are always good, drivers always polite and very helpful. Best service for parents as you can roll stroller up into car, put on brakes, and go!!

Terrible app

What a shame, I really wanted to use this service as it looks like a great car service. However the app is seemingly unusable. It’s very poor and lazy development to not allow the use of autofill in your app, but the bigger problem is not being able to successfully add a credit card. I just got error after error. So I will just be deleting the app and never get a chance to make use of the service.

Love love love CAOCAO!

Great cars, great value, professional drivers. I don’t get why more people in Paris don’t use this wonderful service with huge electric cars that look like cabs from London. It’s been our favorite ride hailing service since we moved here in 2020. I’m in one now!!
