Stranded at the airport
Arriving on a late flight to Lyon, I arrived to find that despite assurances to the contrary, no taxi (which I had booked and paid for) was waiting. Following multiple calls to Le Cab, I was told that my journey would have to be cancelled (leaving me and my family without transport, after midnight, in freezing temperatures).
I was subsequently told that they couldn’t reimburse me and I would have to raise a complaint, in order to get my money back. Five days later, I’m still waiting for an explanation, reimbursement and any form of communication. Hugely disappointing, when there are so many other alternatives.

Not very intuitive
no real english version, all help pages only in french. No possibility to give information to the company eg. travel is late. giiving time and date is not intuitive

Choix du terminal quand on choisit un aéroport
Pour les courses au départ ou à destination des grands aéroports avec plusieurs terminaux quand on choisit Aéroport puis l’aéroport concerné comme départ ou destination, l’application devrait demander depuis quel terminal …
