Had to change some information after not using for a while, and NOW I can't even log in and do what I need to.

Terribly slow loading both when opening the app to check balance or do ANYTHING.

Do Not Trust Them
I am a very new business owner. I do realize, I am going to make mistakes. However, instant transfers (despite the .50 instant transfer fee) are not instant. They still take 3 days? I do not have any of the money I made, it is in pc limbo who knows where. They do not even know how to communicate with their clients they are servicing, no one has any information because I am online through my banking establishments. I mean thank heavens it was only a small sum of money, but now my family and I cannot even get the basics. I am so disheartened by the lack of integrity in this world.

their app glitches and so foes their site and you cannot pay your credit card and they ruin your credit score. they won't close my acct. SCAM BANK.
Wouldn’t recommend
It works but, the acc to acc transfers take over a week do process. In my opinion that is crazy, I’m switching to Wells Fargo.

Account since 2021
I have had an account since March 2021 . I had to file a dispute for over $3800 for Apple Pay . They did not honor the dispute after I provided proof . So I lost $3800 after providing proof . This is such a joke . Paying $35 a month just to be cheated out of my money.

Bad customer service
I had an account for 3 years and I loved it - so easy to use. Then got an email that I would have never found if I wasn’t looking for something else saying my account was being shut down and there is nothing I can do about it. Called customer service, they wouldn’t give me a reason. No notification on the app, nothing different in my recent activity. A shame and I would suggest bigger banks over this now unfortunately.
I also was never called back by customer service in the 24-48 hours they told me to expect a call from a manager to learn more about the issue. The “1 minute wait time” on my first call was more like 5-10 minutes. Just not a trustworthy company imo
