Horrible Customer Service
I love Lilly but. I ordered this time and it has been over 2 weeks since I placed ordered.
I ordered this for my annual trip to Greece which begins in one week?!?!The app shows all my items shipped even all the previous orders that I received ( why don’t those say delivered?) I tried reaching out to customer service through chat during open hours ( AI told me no associates were available. I then tried calling toll free number and got a recorded message that no associates were available. AI chat told me everything was delayed because of last month’s sale, REALLY.???

App giving me errors
The app hasn’t let me place an order twice saying my address is wrong, I had to go to the computer to place my order. I tried to place another order and the app was telling me the security code of my credit card was wrong and it was correct, couldn’t place my third order.
False promises
Never received promoted 15% off with the first purchase online, created a few accounts, the code was just not sent, waited for 6 hours.
