First off, there is a way to change the language of the app, and it made the app a bit easier to use. I had so much fun looking ateverything and putting it in my cart but i couldn’t buy a single thing. The app didn’t translate everything and I couldn’t figure out how to put in my address and I believe it only ships to Taiwan. What a shame.

Do you ship to the US?
Even when I change it to English, the majority of words are still in an Asian language I don’t understand! What’s the point of having that option if you are still going to keep most words incompressible! It’s incredibly frustrating because there are so many things I wanted to purchase but I can’t understand the options or how to choose the correct item or how to checkout, etc. For such a successful and lucrative company, one would think they would cater a little better to those of us in the west who are fans of the culture, but really it’s nothing new with Line. Most of the good stuff they offer isn’t even available in the west. I’ve noticed a number of really cool apps and games that just aren’t accessible here and it’s really irritating because I love Line and their characters (to be honest I despise the BTH characters, they aren’t cute and most of them are quite ugly and off putting. They seem somehow lazily conceived and I wish I could remove having to see them when I try to buy from the online store but oh well). Please fix the English issue for the store! Thank you.

1. Press three lines located on left hand corner of app
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom until you find an icon with a little earth.
3 Press on it and it should give you an option to change language
