Absolutely amazing AI, not-so-amazing app or pricing
I use a mac. Do not download the Liner AI app off the App store, just download it off the web. This app store one is based off the ipad and is super buggy, slow, and uncustomizable on macbook. However, if u do get the web download app version, this AI is amazing, with a twist. It is absolutely wonderful to use for research. Is the app very CPU-load heavy? Sure. But there is not a single AI that can beat this in terms of low hallucinations and accurate research. The second catch other than to not dowload the app from the app store is that this AI is expensive. 1000 credits a month for 15$ a month (paid yearly btw) equates to make 5-6 questions on the really advanced research stuff with Liner Scholar or Liner Write. The good thing tho is that Liner sometimes reimburses u credits (500 usually) if the ai agent doesn’t do something correctly or if u test some new features.

프리미엄 요금제 가입되어있는데 계속 무료체험하라고 띄우는거 부터 불편하고 ux는 신경도 안쓴듯하네요.
답변이 생성되어서 복사하려면 전체 복사해야 그나마 복사가 잘 되고 일부분 내용만 복사가 잘 안됩니다. 또 질문이 좀 쌓였을때 아래로 스크롤하다보면 갑자기 대화의 가장 위로 이동하는 버그도 있고 모바일은 그나마 나은편인데 특히 pc에서 이 현상이 진짜 불편하게 느껴집니다. 지금 ui/ux에 관해 불만이 있다고 얘기했지만 사실 모델 선택할때 라이너를 선택하고 질문한 답변에 대한 신뢰성이 검색기반이라 높다고 홍보를 하는데 답변 나온거 보고 있으면 매끄럽지 않고 출처 표시해주는거 외에 장점이라곤 느껴지는게 없습니다. 앱 평가는 이 앱을 처음으로 해보는데 진짜 여러모로 불편한 점이 많습니다. 개발하고 내부에서 사용을 해보고 출시한게 맞나 싶네요. 애니메이션이나 ui 자체는 기존 llm 서비스들과 비슷해서 익숙한건 좋은데 디테일에 더 심경써주시면 좋을거 같습니다

Women and girls around the globe suffer just for the fact they they are women . Womanhood is not a costume , it is not transphobia it’s the fact. We are not cis women we are simply women . Woman are persecuted under Sharia law , women and little girls are mutilated for having female body parts . Women endure so much and there is nothing in this world more beautiful than the God given power to build life . We must protect our girls , period pains and disorders that come from it aren’t something that is “Gatekept “ it’s a grooling process . Women’s health care is overlooked , companies poison our tampons , women’s necessity’s are filled with chemicals that hurt our reproductive organs . Women’s menopausal healthcare is not taken seriously.” Cannot be done because it is deemed as hateful . I have written many opposing essays claiming the opposing argument and have never had an issue . This app is political and promotes propaganda. I am utterly disgusted as I am simply unable to understand where that essay was disrespectful. I love everyone . The AI has me links to me saying I am “gaslighting them “ and I find that unpleasant. Scholar promises, only promise. They’ll keep your money no matter what…
They market this as a strong scholar-focused AI app, but my experience has been very disappointing. It struggles with APA 7 guidelines, doesn’t reliably follow prompts, and often provides inaccurate answers with invented citations. Tools like Perplexity handle academic work much better than this one. Then, few days later they want to keep the money because according to their email they have a non-reimbursement policy. Bad.
Thanks for your reply. However, customer service made clear their non reimbursement policy. They charged me for premium and they cancelled my premium profiles. Enjoy my money. I read some comments and feedback on the same topic, scam. It seems so to me.

저는 연간 결제에 대해 명확히 동의한 적이 없습니다. 구독 페이지에는 월 구독료(19,900원)만 크게 표시되어 있고, 연간 구독료(238,800원)는 제대로 안내되지 않았고, 정기결제 금액 변경 또는 무료에서 유료 전환되는 경우, 변동 전후의 가격, 취소 또는 해지 조건을 사전에 소비자에게 고지하고, 사전 동의를 받도록 의무화해야 한다고 되어 있는데 소비자가 이를 제대로 인지하지 못하게 되어있습니다. 이건 「전자상거래법」의 ‘숨은 갱신 금지’ 조항을 위반한 것입니다.

Yearly Auto renewal scam
I am like the 100th person ti complain from this app auto renewing a year subscription for 175 plus fees so 186 dollars total and is refusing to return my money even though I asked for a refund instantly I never used this app or anything but im being refused a refund why?!
Upgrade the writing limit from the AI
It’s extremely annoying and if I’m trying to make storied the capacity stops me so until they fix this I will not be using this app and it makes everything seem violent when it’s not so they need to fix that too that the AI could write anything

Feel slightly silly given my previous 5 star review, and truly loved this app. Unfortunately, an error on payment, which was not possible to update, resulted in being downgraded less than 48 hours after the error.
Shockingly, since discovered that thousands upon thousands of highlighted PDFs, articles, research in multiple categories (around 50), have all vanished. So be aware that if you downgrade or forced to downgrade, despite reaching out for help multiple times, you will lose everything. in my case, around a decade of research and use. The idea that they are now gone irrespective of reinstating the subscription which is now £300 per annum, an equally astonishing amount, means I cannot recommend this app, not now. Such a shame.

I would not recommend to subscribe their subscription they can even take your money from your credit card in free trial even before payment due and they won’t give you refunds in terms and conditions.
