Hallo! Danke, dass du das so klar beschreibst. Wenn die Spracherkennung deine Aussagen oft ignoriert oder kein Feedback zur korrekten Aussprache gibt, macht das das Lernen natürlich frustrierend. Bitte versuch, die neueste App-Version zu nutzen und verwende für das Training am besten eine ruhige Umgebung mit klarer Aussprache. Wenn das Problem weiter auftritt, schreib bitte kurz, in welchem Lernbereich es passiert (z.B. Wort- oder Satztraining) und mit welchem Beispielwort oder -satz, damit wir es gezielt nachvollziehen können.

Hello! We are sorry the app felt not user friendly right from the start, and that it also made cancellation feel difficult and led to frustration with the subscription. If you still want to cancel, please double check the subscription screen for the available cancellation options. If anything looks different there after you try to cancel, please contact us through the in-app support option so we can review what happened.

Hi! Sorry the lessons were frustrating, especially with the dialogue switching into German even after you expected English. We recommend checking the lesson and AI language setting to keep the dialogue in English, then starting the lesson again. If it switches back to German, please contact us using the in-app support option so we can review what happened.
