This app is a scam. It doesn’t disclaim the payment plan and what all was chosen. The app sucks because you’re forced to pay for upgrades to get any of the fun features. It just sucks. Don’t download, customer support is hard as hell to reach. Good luck with anything.

Just hangs on "connecting" and never connects. Tried 5 full bars of 5g and fast wifi. No VPN. I don't have time for this. One month later. No refund for a service that won't load. This is theft. If I do not get my money back - YOU ARE THIEVES. Keep deleting my review. I will keep posting it.

It‘s a decent app
For 13 dollars a week it’s not that worth it, it keeps bugging out and the ai tends to stop responding after some responses.
Loved it but….
Often went too fast. Very quickly the instructions switched to Spanish only so I didn’t know what was going on. Often wouldn’t connect or tutor would just stop working.
Good… but needs some tweaks
The app is amazing but when I’m saying something, the AI doesn’t respond back it kind of just stays silent? I tried saying it like multiple times but still nothing. Is there anything else I can do?

This is so fun and addictive! I tried this in my mom’s phone and Kiki was so fun! She roasted her a bit I think but I love this app.
SCAM APP
Even after I cancelled the subscription in my App Store, it keeps charging me weekly. And there’s no real way to contact the developer and get your money back. So beware. It’s glitches quite often. Switches the narrative language or doesn’t turn in the mic after asking you to say something, or just doesn’t register when you’re done with a phrase. Plus the conversation is too basic. Not much you can learn from it

Cant get my ear buds to connect, they work fine with every other app.
Im on the free version but wont pay full of I can’t use my earbuds.

Absolute Scam
Do not trust this app. It let me have a free trial for a few days, then kicked me out of my account and when I tried to log back in, it told me my details were invalid. Due to this I’m now being charged for an account that I can’t use and I’m unable to cancel as I can’t log in. I’ve had to contact my bank who will hopefully be able to sort it out for me.

SO… When Me and my daughter were trying to get into the app I was like “oh this is so nice!” and the app was giving us this survey on our goal and why we’re learning it. Then! My child left to go to the bathroom, and I helped her with her “signature“ then the app said we need to pay- I was like but this is free why am I paying?? So…. MORAL OF THE STORY: Try not to trust things you just see without proof.

절대 깔지 마세요
이거 몇개월째 이용도 안 하는데 계정 정보 확인도 안되고 결제 정보 변경 시스템도 앱 안에 없어서 강제로 2-3달째 과금만 나가고 있어요. 지원센터 메일 몇번 보내도 답변도 느리고 대응도 안해줘서 기다리다가 돈만 또 나갔네요.
앱 안에 내 계정 정보랑 결제 정보 확인할 수 있는 시스템이 없는게 말이 됩니까? 계정/결제 정보를 나도 확인이 안되고 앱 관리자들도 확인이 안된다는데 돈은 계속 쳐받아대고 돌겠네요 진짜. 절대절대절대 받지마세요.
