Literally All in One App

Dude! I'm totally blown away! It's become so awesome with this new update.
I can say that with this update, I no longer need any other app for language learning. Accurate translation – a practical and effective process for practicing conversation, with line-by-line translation into your own language – clear and natural AI voice – a fun and enjoyable method to encourage users to stay consistent with their learning

Seriously, hats off to you guys. Other language learning apps really fall short compared to this one.

Not work

Hi team,
I’ve been enjoying your app for learning English, but recently I always get this message:
“Oops! Something’s not working right now. I’ll be back soon — give me about 10 minutes!”
It’s been stuck like this for days and I can’t study anymore. Could you please check and fix it? Thank you so much!

Hi, we're really sorry for this inconvenience. We discovered a bug causing this error message for some users and have fixed it. You should be able to log in and continue your lessons now!

Where is the lifetime subscription?

This is honestly the best language learning app I’ve seen so far. The creators really put in a ton of effort to make everything complete and accessible. I especially love the line‑by‑line chat translation feature—it’s super fun to use. Gotta say, props to you guys!”

Charge me while subscription is cancelled

In App Store it shows canceled, but in the lingUp app it shows that subscription is active, and no way to cancel it because it the App Store it’s canceled.
I submitted the form on the site to support but no response, I worried that they will continue charging me , be careful to accept subscription
Application itself not bad, but definitely need more QA job!

The best English learning app

I have been using it for almost several months. I experience the transition of the UI design. I have to say that the best part of this app is the scenario role play. It provides the way to express yourself. the correction and optimization of expressions is good for users to learn some native expressions. Now it adds the function to revise your mistake, like the pronunciation. I will keep using it 😸😸

帳號註冊之後登入進入填寫年齡，根本畫面顯示不完全，無法點選，也無法跳過或繼續，介面之粗糙，感覺就是很陽春的App，畫面選項只有顯示一半，你跟我說這是AI，誰相信

Scam

My Apple shows that I’m subscribed, I took the one month plan. But when I open the app, it locks the content and asks me to try 7 days and subscribe again. Why subscribe again if I’m already paying? Why can’t it detect someone logged in and who’s paying is already subscribed? It’s very shady how their databases and authentications are managed, based on this alone. Uninstalling and cancelling the subscription through Apple. Thankfully we don’t have to rely on them for the cancellation

It froze

Hi, I found you through APPADVICE and started signing up. It would not pass the “which days of the week work best for you?” Page. There was no button or anything to advance; swiping didn’t work either. After a while the page became inactive. I was looking forward to trying it out. Any suggestions?

UPDATE: Thank you for responding back. I updated the app, and it worked. I’ll contact you via email about the APPADVICE deal. I just wanted to update my review and let you know that it worked. Thanks again.

This is a known bug affecting some smaller screen devices, such as the iPhone SE, where the “Next” button may not be visible. A fix is already on the way and will be available within 24 hours. Following my last review, significant access issues have been resolved, and the app is now performing wonderfully. I intend to continue using it and would recommend it to others. It has a great design and the developer responds quickly.
