Can’t register!
There’s a problem with creating my password. No matter how many times I try to create one, it just doesn’t work. This is frustrating!

For the past three days, this app has not been working I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it a few times as well as updated and restarting my phone and still it does not work.
Edit : when is this app going to be up and running again? The company does not respond to my calls emails or text messaging.. instead of blaming the workers for a faulty app and faulty website for login. Perhaps you should have timesheets on hand!

Not professional
This app goes blank staying on a purple screen when you sign in. This is frustrating because it makes you miss clock in and out times. Link home care needs to do better with this app.

App Extremely Glitchy do not use multiple app at the same time while using this app must have strong connection and a device with camera the time sheet more useful than this I want to rate it negative 2 but that option isn’t here

So sick of this app working when it wants to. On or off WiFi it does what it wants!! Making you miss clocks in or out because after a few tries you get fed up say you’ll try in a few and forget. Annoying

On iphone when its time to log in or type anything really there isnt any text showing but words are there. I havent had this issue on an android.

once in a while the app shows “invalid login credentials” even when your password is right, so you can’t log in. please fix this issue because it’s annoying.
Very Glitchy
After the update there are still many glitches with the app. Doesn't allow me to clock in once installed. The app continuously freezes
