Deceptive and malicious practices

One star. I purchased a subscription and requested a refund the same day. Their support chatbot told me a ticket had been created and the refund would be processed that day. Four weeks later, no refund, no follow-up, no ticket I can find any trace of. If a support system tells a customer their money is coming back and then nothing happens, that’s not a bug, that’s a broken process at best. I’d advise anyone considering a paid subscription here to think twice, because getting your money back appears to be far harder than handing it over. This is deceptive and malicious practices.

AI job search?

Worst update I’ve seen in a long time. Forcefully changing to an AI job search mode that cannot even be reversed is nothing short of BS.

Predatory Record of Premium Usage

I cancelled my premium account last month and didn't use Linkedin until today, only to find out I still got charged for this month. And now they won't allow me to get a refund because it showed that today I clicked on the someone viewed your account notification, which they deem a premium feature usage. Mind you anyone, even without a premium subscription, can receive this type of notification (that someone viewed your profile). I didn't even see who viewed my account, just "someone from [x] organization." There were no indications that the notification came with premium subscription either (unlike application features like Boost my profile or Review job match details). I wasn't aware I was still on premium, so I just clicked on multiple notifications to clear them and now can't get a refund. This all feels so predatory and tiring, and the subscription is not cheap at all for someone in a developing country.
