Can you guys add a shortcut to the Apple shortcuts application that allows you to run an action that remote starts your vehicle?
I’ve had my MPC remote start on my 2015 Lexus RC 350 for a while now and it has worked reliably to remote start my vehicle. The app comes with other features like rolling your windows down and turning on your heated seats, but sadly, the module can’t control those settings on my vehicle, which makes it a complete waste of features that I have to see every time, but can never use. I got told it’s because of my vehicle, but that seems like an easy answer to not have to make a product that is more compatible with vehicles that can roll their windows down and have heated seats and remote open their trunk with their key fobs I don’t see why you shouldn’t be able to access that feature through the app. Because of this, it’s basically a very dull down app that only lets you turn on and off your vehicle the only perk is having the GPS monitoring

Doesn’t work when needed
I bought this app because I am a disabled veteran and have suffered from frostbite and occasionally take my elderly parents to church. I have paid for a three year renewal that takes me to 11/28/2028 and the app said that I needed to renew. On this coldest day of the fall, it doesn’t work and disables the whole system unless I renew beyond 2028 and there is conveniently NO support available until Monday. I prepaid my subscription about two weeks ago so it can’t be that the payment wasn’t process and/or I waited until the last minute. I am sure there are better options out there than this one.

Works
Works nicely. The folks who set up didn’t programmed to shut off but if I click to start the car again it shuts off. I just need to be patient and click once so I don’t confuse myself to shut down or up and I wouldn’t know if the car is working or not. Always works when have signal (if I am too deep or under a big building it will not work) but overall nice and smooth

OK app and product, features were removed after initial purchase though.
This app and product are basic, but they work reliably. I’ve never had any issues with the service itself.
My major grip is the removal of Being able to manage the status of my car with Google Assistant. This skill was removed in June 20 23 and was one of the major selling points to me to be able to start my car from my Google Assistant devices. I understand that Google itself had sunset at the service that was used by omega to facilitate that capability, but we have been promised a replacement for update that would bring this functionality back. And nearly a year and a half later nothing has come to fruition with my subscription coming to them and I will most like. Sell my device and look for other options that my needs.

Simple and it works
Have been using the product for about 6 months. Had some issues during the summer on cloudy/rainy days when I first got the app 🤷♂️.
Has been fine ever since. Can use it with my phone or Apple Watch.
Wish it was easier to add the door unlock feature to my vehicle without soldering.

Ugly but good enough
UI is really overwhelmingly ugly, but the app is highly functional. It would be great if we are allowed to change the wallpaper, since some people might not want their app to look straight out of 2010

This app is great, the service is good, sometimes buggy, sometimes appears like my car is disconnected or like it did not the execution and etc, but also need to be updated to get siri shortcuts, this would be great!!! Im using this since 2018 and I keep recommending to others, so please add that in the next update. Thanks

Curious if the team can create the Apple Watch version of this app, that would be great. Either than that I’m satisfied with the basic features on the main app.
Unfortunately trash, huge amounts of downtime
Their servers are down or working incorrectly at least 20% of the time. You can tell by going to try and send feedback in the app even that won’t load and gives a server related error message (which is how you know it’s a problem on their side.) They also told me over email they don’t even bother to update their outage/uptime page unless their outage is for over a day…
Hopefully you see this before you buy the cellular remote start kit…

Why doesn’t the app start my truck anymore?
I pay for the app, but it is useless! I got locked out of my truck at Godson’s baptism over the winter while it was snowing with my entire family dressed in suits and dresses, but the app that I have a subscription for doesn’t start my truck anymore, which really stinks. It’s the first starter I’ve ever had, and I payed a lot more for the ability to use this app. Definitely disappointed. I will probably never buy another aftermarket remote starter.

Unlock - Maybe. Location - MYOB
I have had this for several years. Most times this works. In brutal weather I leave the vehicle running and locked. There are times it will not unlock. Therefore, I must keep a key, always.
At malls or airports, the location was helpful. It has not worked for years. Tech support was never committed to solutions. It appears they had prepared replies and were attempting to clear the inbox quickly.
Returning to LoJack which worked 100% of the time.

Works sometimes offline most
Seems like every time I REALLY need to use the remote start there is no signal from the car to the app. Which makes this rather useless. Just yesterday there was no signal when trying to get my daughter from school and I was maybe only a half block away. No signal to the car until I was right next to it.

Excellent!
I think this app is fantastic! I can remote start my car or lock/unlock is quickly and easily from my phone or Apple Watch. It’s always worked without fail for me and I love that it uses Face ID so my kids can’t randomly start the car. I couldn’t be happier with the simple yet intuitive design that feels like it’s helping and not just an extra electronic step in my life.

My semi truck equipped with high-tech LinkR
linker helps me a lot. I start the semi truck 20 minutes earlier before I get to the parking lot so
Semi truck needs to be started and warmed up, air it up, heat it up and feel comfortable. If you have issues just call Tech support and they will help you out.

Works great! Easy to get it working

Stuck in dealer mode
The app originally worked well when installed. I purchased a new phone. The app has been stuck in dealer mode for months and will not exit. I have removed and reinstalled the app repeatedly. A reply from the manufacturer, seller and software take weeks or don’t occur and the only advice is delete the app and reinstall.
