Very bad user experience
No idea what these reviews are about, this app is terrible to use. I have one screen telling me I owe $7 and another saying I owe $40 with no way to pay.

This app needs to move from early 2000s to 2020s ; so difficult to pay, who scans CC these days , pls integrate Apple Pay and Gpay

Well for roads that are owned by the people and taxed by the government on top of tolls vic you disgust me I remember a pm saying that the tolls would be removed once the works was paid off well here we are still just take take take

Upon opening the app today I was told I needed to update it. My phone is apparently not modern enough. Not happy.

Another scam
Overpriced government sponsored scam. Extreme “administration” fees. Additional hidden fees to reduce money on your account, price rises without advertising. Just a lawful price gouge every step. Disgusting immoral corporate greed. But Transurban share price looks good.
Direct debit setup didn’t work
Have setup direct debit, and it’s showing under payment settings but did not really do the auto top up resulting my account being overdrawn. Useless app
Credit Card Fees
Given credit card is the Linkt payment preference, Linkt has a nerve to charge a fee for credit card payments. Unconscionable conduct!

Very hard to find exactly which toll you're paying because they don't list the number of toll and you could be double paying for one you've already paid for. Can't find receipts for tolls either.

Linkt are so easy to contact if you have anything you need assistance with. Every time I’ve had an inquiry I find them courteous on the phone and extremely helpful. They are providing an 80’s approach to customer service…..Something that is lacking in the customer service nightmares we all know we endure from many big businesses. There is hope.

I would like to see more payment options. Some people pay a lot on tolls in QLD for work, which work doesn’t pay for. Ex, Afterpay, PayPal in 4
App access.
Disappointed with the update that now requires you to have iOS 17 or better.

Hit and miss
App has tried to charge me $300 twice when owing under $100. AI assistance tells me correct balance as well as customer service. Handy when working correctly though.
