Linkt are so easy to contact if you have anything you need assistance with. Every time I’ve had an inquiry I find them courteous on the phone and extremely helpful. They are providing an 80’s approach to customer service…..Something that is lacking in the customer service nightmares we all know we endure from many big businesses. There is hope.

I would like to see more payment options. Some people pay a lot on tolls in QLD for work, which work doesn’t pay for. Ex, Afterpay, PayPal in 4

Disappointed with the update that now requires you to have iOS 17 or better.

Hit and miss
App has tried to charge me $300 twice when owing under $100. AI assistance tells me correct balance as well as customer service. Handy when working correctly though.
Not happy Jane
Went today to use my current reward. Found the current version of the App was not compatible with my phone. Cost me 26 cents per litre. Losing faith in my Linkt app.
Rude impatient operator
This operator spoke so fast. I could not hear what she was saying when I tried to ask her to why don’t she talked over the top of me. She asked me to wait. I waited and when I started to speak, she talked over the top of me again very rude service.

Please include date of top up into the app transactions list so it shows a positive entry and a negative withdrawal.

Absolute thieves always scamming money. Cost me 200 dollars minimum a week just to get to work

We pay the highest registration fees yet the roads are some of the worst in the country this app doesn’t help I have tags and yet they do a check on the vehicle and it cost extra to pass through the tolls to pay the tolls you need a card where there are more costs this is robbery
Lag in app
With everything digit ties nowadays why is there such a lack of taking a trip and the delay of it being recorded on the app? It doesn’t make sense. Can you please be improved in future versions of the app?
