It freezes all the time
Bad service
Inconsistent moderation, mindless support
Red flag 1: About a year ago, I received two separate emails, roughly an hour apart, both informing me that my account had been unbanned. I hadn't been notified of any ban in the first place, so this was strange, though I let it slide at the time.
Red flag 2: More recently, I discovered that Signal URLs work perfectly fine in the top "Quick Links" bar, but are blocked in the main body of my Linktree page for being a "suspicious link." Signal is a well-established, widely trusted messaging app, so this inconsistency doesn't make sense. If the link is safe enough for one part of the page, why is it flagged as suspicious in another? This smells like a programming or policy oversight that nobody has bothered to fix.
Red flag 3: When I reached out to support for clarification, I was simply told that I can't post "suspicious links," without any acknowledgment of the double standard I'd pointed out. No real explanation, no fix, just a canned response.
Linktree, do better. This seems like amateur hour.
There are tons, just tons of these social link organizing apps. Other options offer better user experience, improved support, less cluttered ads in the page and forwarding emails.
So buggy!
Used to run perfectly
Love it! 😍
It’s convenient and easy to use. The link isn’t hard to remember and you can even categorize your links if you have different types of products therefore differentiation is necessary.
Really great product! 💯
Don’t even try it
Mr. Mohamed
Need to pay for basic links
I’m going to look for a real free alternative.
