Hi all, my name is India and I am a visually impaired screen reader user and I primarily use voiceover on my iPhone. When using this app I’ve noticed even with me updating my app on my phone. I’m unable now to use this app with my screen reader, when I login to this app when before I was able to access all of its features, and now I’m unable to access any of its features with my screen reader software. It won’t read anything to me on the screen and now when I tap on the screen and try to navigate with VoiceOver gestures my screen won’t even read what’s on the screen. I am making a note of this because I think it’s important for the developers of this app to know that this app needs to be adjusted so it’s accessible for not just decided community but for the blind community. Bugs from hell
Absolutely can not open any panels to edit the appearance of my linktree. Nothing loads, and I have tried multiple times on multiple different WiFi networks, as well as reloading the app. Please fix this!

What’s happened?
Linktree has been an incredibly useful tool and support for my work but suddenly doesn’t seem to work at all. I can’t add new links and even resorted to the pro free trial but it is absolutely no better. So very disappointed.

Made an account and now it’s just frozen on a grey screen…I tried resetting but it’s still just freezes after the loading screen.

Spent a long time building it up. Trying to get paid is a nightmare. They do not offer options to get paid. Their pay system is a hassle. Stopped working on it because of this

Don’t be fooled because you’ve heard of it.
This app is only made to take your clicks and your money. Constantly trying to upsell you even after you’re on the “pro” model. Spent nearly a month just trying to use my pro features without it telling me to upgrade to pro to use them, the features i already had been billed for! I had been subscribed for weeks before I could use any of the features I was paying for. Unable to add my link to my business cards, unable to print my business cards with my link tree QR code because my link tree wasn’t functioning, unable to get my money back because of poor customer service, losing time and money to an app that was supposed to save me one and give me more of the other. Ridiculous and unprofessional.
