Excellent Benchmark
This app provides an excellent benchmark. I would like to be able to save results and the date. Please provide an update with the option to remove ads.
It's a good hand warmer
Take your phone out of the case and set 99999 runs and watch the heat generate
Incorrect results and crashes
A problem size of 4096 reports 170 GFLOPS on an iPhone 5. 8192 causes a crash.
iPhone 5S Score
Over 1500 score with this update.
Nice- exactly what I was looking for
I'm consistently getting 112mflops average. Just wanted to see my CPU speed. I noticed I get higher mflops when using multiples of 8, like 256, 512, 768 etc. So I used all kinds of odd numbers and my A5 is pretty solid for being an A5.
I noticed the ads pause during test- this is the way a benchmark app should run.

Awesome app!
This app is a great way to push my A7 chip to its highest performance, I wish there were more apps like this for CPU nerds like me. I have used it on every gen SoC Apple has used, great app to me!
linpack
still get the wrong answers for power of 2 size problems
Idk...
Is the Mflops for 2^n correct?
I get (significantly) higher scores on 512 than 500, even higher on 1024 or 2048. It is putting out >2GFlops on my 4S @ 2048.

Useless
The runs are too customisable somsomeone else could be using lower settings... Also nothing to comlare you score to. Dont waste your time.
Great
Awesome app for cross OS speed checks
A Truly Fantastic Mega App
This App is not a Mega Flop ... it measures them! Lots of them! Way Cool!
Great Benchmarking
This application works great.
For everyone that's saying that it shows the iPhone 4 as a 3 you should know that the iPhone 4 is technically called : iPhone 3,1

Great app
Good for use to find out if your iPad is global
Wrongly detects phone(4 as 3)
IPhone 4 detect as 3
Linpack - fantastic
I wanted to know how my iPod compared to other devices six as the Samsung galaxy s2 - fantastic app!
Wrongly detects phone
I have an iPhone 4 but it detected it as a 3.
Owners of other phones look on with envy
They can say all they want, but when other phone user's have inefficent OS and hardware setup. It shows. And this is the app that will show them. the 4S and iPad 2 that I have just burn through every phone on the market. Including 1.5GHz ones. This is comparable as they all are currently using more or less the same CPU in each phone. Either an ARM Cortex A9 or a slightly modified one; thus when my 800MHz 4S crushes that 1.5GHz ...phone....yeah. This doesn't stand for everything, but it does mean something.

Works great
And my 4s is a beast!
Platform independent performance rating
A nice and simple (free!) app available on every smartphone I have come across to test computational speed. Thanks!
Nice, but with two caveats...
First, it seems wrong to steal cycles for ads during a benchmark, but it's unclear how much (or even if) this has an effect. Second, the linpack benchmark is meant to be tuned to your system to get the best possible performance, not as a black-box measure. Only the problem size can be adjusted here, but that can have a big effect. For example, on my iPhone 4, by changing the size to 512, I can get an average of 154 MFlops/s.
