Tech support useless
Started off great. ELD systems do what they’re supposed to. GPS has issues sometimes. Now I’m unable to log in and track my trucks. Every time I call for tech support, I’m placed on him or someone gives me generic info that isn’t helpful.

Mobile app freezes allllllllll the time. Need to log back in a dozen times a day. Need to delete and re download all the time.
DO NOT BUY
Do not buy device does not work. They are only out to take your money. They will not refund and won't take the device back. Stay away. This is a scam.
Great App!
To those below saying Linxup are scammers and don’t know their product clearly don’t know what they’re talking about. I’ve been using Linxup for years and the app keeps getting better and better (to be fair it used to be a complete dumpster fire of an app years and years ago). I’ve never had to reinstall it, ever. Maybe users just have no idea how to use tech, let alone a phone with an app on it?
My trackers always update as they’re supposed to so if you’re having issues, perhaps it’s a user issue and not a company issue. These things don’t work in a parking garage or a warehouse because #technology. I’m not sure what you people are expecting but don’t pull a Boomer and think the magical tracking device is broken when you have it in a concrete box or tin can.
Get with the times. Linxup is great and much better than any alternative. Ask me how I know…

STAY AWAY SCAMMERS
After they collect your money expect them to block your number very unprofessional they don’t know anything about the product so when you call for help they are very unprofessional and disrespectful because they don’t know anything about the ELD WORST EXPERIENCE EVER STAY AWAY
Unreliable
The app does not work reliably and support rep response is often “boilerplate” speech. No real solutions. Seems to me that they do not have enough qualified people to operate and fix their service.
Unreliable service at best
This service has been unreliable at best. The app doesn’t work frequently and you have to call support to get your gps to track properly. The company doesn’t support their product, they put the responsibility of notifying them that their app and tracking devices don’t work and still bill you in full without crediting you for time the device isn’t working. When I cancelled my account, I was billed in full for another month and told by the customer service supervisor that no refund would be issued even though their product hasn’t been working correctly since September. Very disappointing customer support and product. Not worth the cost.

App has to be reinstalled frequently
The app works great for the first few days after install. Then it starts freezing up. I have it on 5 diff devices and its the same on all of them. Love it when its working like it’s supposed to. I’ve made sure the app is up to date, and my devices are fully updated with full signal. I hope they can work this out and figure out what’s going on.

since no support available
… pls be advised that on iPhone 12 Pro the map zooming has been broken in the latest update. While my trucks are physically in Maryland, they show up as being in Canada if I zoom out enough. Pls fix asap, thx
Still new but missing
The last eld we had I could see the drivers hos on the manager side. I wish Linxup had this available. It’s great to see where they are but it helps to see how much time they have left.
Really solid app
I use Linxup to make sure my family is driving safely and it works great. We have their dashcam installed and can view videos of any potential issues, which was very handy to be able to show the police immediately when someone ran a red light and crashed into me. They make app updates pretty regularly and are constantly adding new functionality. No complaints.

Update. App is now back to amazing!
You will read several reviews of a terrible app that this company has produced. It used to be amazing. They have reworked it and it is back to being very well done. It’s easy to use. Easy to track. Easy to set up Geo fences. Easy to use overall. I find ita vast improvement compared to the last update which probably helped to nearly eliminate this company. As long as they keep up the good work, good for them. I wanted to offer an update to my last review which outlined a terrible and maddening experience.

Improving Every Update
The app is consistently being updated for the better. It was pretty buggy/laggy/terrible about a year ago and today it’s night/day different, and for the better. Keep the updates coming! Hopefully one day we get live-updating trackers instead of them refreshing every minute or so.

I’m given the service five stars because I don’t think there’s a better app I could get for my vehicle for the price and for the quality.
