Useless. I still need to regularly contact their CS. They say I can just upload billings on app, but it keeps failing so I need to manually send the bill through CS email/WA. No advance info about guest check in. The only info is during the check in day. When I want to break the contract before a year, there some outstanding regarding maintenance that just dont make sense. I understand I need to pay 1mio break penalty, but mattress laundry for 270k wtf??!!
There are some missing items too. Our guests checked out on 2 Jan. On 3rd we checked the unit, it was cleaned which is good, and all complete. We checked again the unit on 9th, and 3 items missing. We knew that the team was checking the unit between 3 - 9 Jan so we asked about where are this 3 missing items. One is very important which is a bedroom key. They dont want to take any responsibility. I said I dont want to pay the full outstanding if they dont take responsible of the missing item, esp the key because it originally belongs to the unit. So now they still hold my entire unit access while it is cause by their irresponsibility!

Very very bad service
Layanan Travelio sangat mengecewakan dan tidak profesional. Banyak pelanggaran terhadap perjanjian, serta penanganan komplain yang buruk tanpa solusi. Hal ini merugikan penyewa maupun pemilik properti. Sangat tidak direkomendasikan.
Travelio provides a highly disappointing and unprofessional service. Multiple violations of the agreement and poor complaint handling with no solutions caused losses for both tenants and property owners. Strongly not recommended.

Sistemnya super parah
Sistem di travelio sangat amat parah, bikin hilang kepercayaan padahal saya sudah kerjasama lebih dari 5 tahun.
Unit saya tidak tersewa. Complain saya diputar2 karena org yg handle lebih dr 1. Komunikasi tidak lancar krn hrs diulang2 ke tiap orang yg berbeda. Sangat amat kecewa.

Sangat Tidak Recommended
TV dua kali hilang saat kontrak kerja sama. Proses penggantian TV dari Travelio sangat lama bahkan komunikasinya dilempar2, padahal saya yg kehilangan. Tidak adanya TV mempengaruhi penjualan sewa unit, dari Desember 2024 sampai Maret 2025 tidak ada kejelasannya. Terlalu banyak penggantian barang dalam unit yg tidak perlu
