Super Handy when not near a PC
This app is super handy to have on your phone when you’re trying to look up documents or technical guides when not near a pc. You can also order things on the fly from this app as it’s got the store on it as well. This also has access to the instructional videos that’ll loop you straight to the YouTube channel videos Lippert has made, great app to use as a tech or customer as it’s packed with useful information in the palm of your hand.

You can not even run the equipment from the app. Why make an app that has no use I can buy the products online instead of a stupid app.
Unusable
Links lead directly to “502 Bad Gateway” messages. Fraudulent.

Clunky. Can’t even remotely find what I am looking for.
Exceptional Experience
Definitely highly recommend the this app. My experience with Customer Service was exceptional! No long wait times or crazy amount of automated prompts to go through before you reach someone. With the app and the customer service provided, our auto leveling system error was cleared with ease. Even better, the customer service provided a great learning experience too!
