I had to download the app to make sure my subscription was cancelled. They tried to overdraft my account by 50.00 when I only signed up for the 3 day trial on the site, not the app. There’s no way to unsubscribe on the site and I didn’t know there was an app, if you can even unsubscribe from it. All this app wants is money, period.

This App is a Scam
It does not do what it promises, you can’t cancel the subscription. The app will not allow it. You are stuck until you contact customer service and they have yet to help. Surprisingly this this also the time frame when my membership renews. What a coincidence.

First off you pay a monthly subscription fee and there are couple options but there is no option to unsubscribe. I downloaded the app pressed manage subscription then it brings me to the Web browser as I signed up through the Web and then I go to my account and there’s no options at all only to delete account which they can still charge me for subscription. It’s all blank. All the options are blank squares so u have to press each 1 hoping it’ll bring u to an unsubscribe option but it’s just more purchase options how convenient! I have contacted the support team and I’ll see what comes of it but I must wait for up to 48hrs for a response.😟 I want to cancel bc there’s no tutorial how to use anything & u have to pay for each different look after the monthly subscription fee. Yea, you wanna try different hairstyles you have to pay for coins to experiment each look, you wanna try different hair color that’ll cost more coins so you continue to have to buy coins and it adds up. They recommend that you buy a pack of coins for $75 who has $75 to experiment looks that you don’t even know if they’re even gonna look right & even look like you at all. It is so bogus of an app and I’m just trying to cancel it that’s all but it’s next to impossible to do so on my own. So easy to navigate purchasing looks but no option to unsubscribe!! 😤

I downloaded this app yesterday, but the photo never appeared. It was a complete disappointment for $7.99, so I promptly canceled my subscription. Definitely not trying this app again.
