They’re charging me even though I only did the free trial and canceled immediately

I don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this, but the new “Big Surprise” feature on Day 7 only gives me the usual 100 coins, despite it saying I got 200. If it’s connected to the premium streak, forget it. I’m keeping the free version.

This is rubbish they advertise that you can create amazing couples images but when you pay your money to get it - it doesn’t exist

This is a scam. Do not purchase anything. You will not get what you paid for. They will enroll you in a subscription you won’t be able to cancel until the trial period ends and you’re charged full price. They will not respond to your emails. I would give 0 if I could.
UPDATE: they still have not replied to my email. It advertises a single photo for $0.99 but enrolls you in a 3 day trial, after which a monthly subscription price kicks in. The unsubscribe button was not available until after the trial ended and no it does not notify you that you’re subscribing at any point leading up to purchase. Whatever bot replied to this review is a clown.

Abzocke mit Lockangebot!
Sie locken mit einem schönen Fotoshooting dass man erstellt aber um die Ergebnisse zu sehen muss man erst für 0,99€ das 3 Tage Testabo abschließen. Gesagt getan und es wurde nichts angezeigt. Also völlig umsonst. Dann ein Bild ausprobiert und die Ergebnisse sind unterirdisch schlecht. Nichtmal Ähnlichkeit mit meinen Bildern.
Jetzt will ich direkt das Abonnements kündigen damit keine 34,99€ abgezogen werden aber die Möglichkeit besteht gar nicht. Unter Einstellungen > Abonnements taucht es noch gar nicht auf und im Kundenkonto steht nur “your manage plan options are being prepared” ich bin echt sauer und will endlich kündigen!

Thieves!! I never what I paid for. Tricky, they charge you for a product and enroll in this fake service. I never accept to have a subscription with your app. They charge you a subscription and if you cancel it they still charge you. This are shameless thieves!!

Fake don’t buy
Absolutely a waste of money it’s fake it asks you to add photos and when you do it asks for .99 cents and your email then you accept and instead receive a welcome email and no pics and when you go on the app it won’t allow you to create unless you upgrade
