I got the wrong pizza delivered
The DoorDash guy took the pizza and said he will get the correct order then told me he couldn’t do it sonó had to call again all they said is I was getting a refund and to place the order again

Its Little Carsars so expectations are low, but out of the 10+ times we’ve ordered it over the last couple years we have yet to get a correct order.

Consistently late at least 20 to 30 minutes from what the app tells me it will be ready
App wait time
The app wait time was not even close. It said pick up between 5:20-5:25. I was handed my pizza at 6pm.
Why?
I don’t understand why they tell me it’s gonna be at the pizza portal and then I wait until after the time and when I ask you at the counter, it turns out it was waiting for me behind the counter all the time
Disappointed
My last delivery order was wrong, the only way to fix it was to place a second order. A refund takes 16 BUSINESS days to come back. Buyer beware

This app used to be an EASY 5 star
I haven't ordered from Little C in a long time, so when I did on the app tonight, I noticed, what to me anyway, appears to be the loss of a very fast and convenient feature... The ability to quickly add my favorite items to my cart. If I start an order, the only screen that shows is the restaurant menu. I have to get out of the order to be able to see my account, where the favorites are located, but I guess it's because I'm not in an order anymore, but the only button next to each favorited item is a "remove" button. I don't see any way to add them to my cart. I would love to know how you do that now. Otherwise, it's still a wonderful app.

No accountability
If anything goes wrong little Caesars points to door dash and door dash points to little Caesars . You can’t call the store. You can only call 1800 numbers for both

7/10 times whenever i try to pay it just fails? im assuming it's because theres lots of orders but other apps do just fine taking my order anytime
Wrong order twice
They made me the wrong or then remade it and still got it wrong
No work in Mexico
The app no work for payments, I try many times every single day and nothing. Debit card, credit card, digital card and nothing. I try what other phones and friends accounts, that is really tedious. I hate that.
VERY upset
The app stole my money! My order never went through but my money was taken from Apple Pay. I was not able to get my food and my money was wasted.
Disappointing
They do not do orders in the order they are received. I was told that I had to wait on pepperoni for 6-8 minutes. I watched them hand out pepperoni pizzas to people ordering from the counter. I had placed my order on the app 5 minutes before I got there. This location is at least consistent in being bad. I have told myself to stop using this location serval times and I keep forgetting to change the location on my app. I would say it’s probably better to just go there and order because it seems they serve there first no matter when you order. They should just do away with the pickup ovens.

Greasy
I am not sure if they changed the type of cheese that they use, but for some reason, this particular order was excessively greasy to the point of it being shocking I’m not sure if there has been a change to the recipe. I don’t have any complaints about timing or service.
