I SIMPLY Love that you can order one of their delicious pizzas then pick it up with a code, eliminating wait times even when just picking up and standing in line.
I am about to go pick up their thin crust PEPPERONI along with bread sticks and krazy sauce. Just so excited rn, I love their crust it has a secret to it .. to the point of battling the competition to the core.

Restrictive billing
You canāt easily order in Canada when your credit cards are issued in the US, because the app only allows you to enter a Canada billing address, doesnāt support Apple Pay, etc. The app seems well designed and easy to use, but needs some modernizing on the payment front.
App Needs Improvements
I know you donāt offer extra cheese as an option but letās consider offer ing āwell doneā and āadd crazy crust seasoningā for pizza add ons.
Good pizza horrible staff
Placed my order at 7:00pm went through the drive through after about 20minutes I got up to the window and she said they just startedā¦after 20 minutes? She tells me to pull into spot one and there going to bring it out to me it hits 7:30 Iām still sitting and waiting. 7:40 I finally get out of the car and go inside. Finally he goes and grabs my order and it was sitting in a hot hold. Just sitting there. I donāt mind ever waiting for food. But there was no urgency or anything. I work at a restaurant so I respect fast food workers. This just isnāt a good location with good staff at all!

Pizza was missing a slice!
Picked up our pizza though the drive through and didnāt check it before I got home. When I opened the box it was missing a slice!

I ordered from the app expecting fresh hot pizzaās. My pizzaās were neither. I shouldāve known when my order was ready 10 minutes early. In a hurry, I didnāt check the pizza before I made it home. They were old and cold.

Sloppy
So I showed up, lobby had leaves all on the ground, should of been swept up. Could have been busy but looks like it was there all day. Employees arenāt wearing uniforms, they donāt know if I was a secret shopper or not. But dude seriously keep up with how the store looks and how you represent the company. Unprofessionalā¦ now on the other hand the pizzas came out okay, some of them were sloppy and falling apart but still overall good. Make some changes please.

$10 delivery fees!
Almost $10 in delivery fees is insane. $4 delivery fee, $3.35 service fee, and thatās before tip.
False advertisement
They advertised 2 pizzas 1 topping for $5.99 this special is on the website add the code pizza pizza but when you check out it is $11.99 after all the charges it totals to $23 why advertise.$5.99? They should be sued
No delivery
You can use pickup but delivery has been broken for like a year now.
Super Nice Zameria
Wrong Pizzas Made-I returned to drive thru to let her know I had sausage pizzas instead of bacon that I ordered. She ask to see just to verify. Then she returned to window stating they werenāt supposed to take them back once a customer leaves with them but her manager Dennis told her she had to take the pizzas back. Probably only to resale to someone else. If Iād thought fast enough Iād took one piece of each pizza & through it on the ground so he couldnāt have resold them. Zameri was so embarrassed to have to tell us that. Please teach Management better practices.

No area to make customizations or store requests on order. Calls answered by AI chatbot and rerouted to call center instead of store.
App
Not sure if the app feature had an outage. Took 15 min to place an order as it was not taking passwords at all.
Gave my pizza to someone else
Ordered a pizza through the app. Tracked the progress and went in when it indicated it was ābeing packagedā. Apparently they decided to give my pizza to someone else. Had to wait to get another one made. Would have been nice to receive a coupon or discount for the inconvenience but wasnāt offered.
Wrong food
Gave us the wrong food. We didnāt get what we ordered.
