Great pizza service fee and delivery fee seems excessive
The pizza is great. I don’t appreciate the high service fee + delivery fee. I can see charging a delivery fee if your order is under a certain amount and maybe even a service fee but when you’re spending $40 or more seems a little excessive. Also wish you could just add toppings to their pizzas without having to create your own. There are lots of their pizzas I like and I’d just like to add pineapple to it but I can’t.

The set up is that the delivery person needs to actually read the order and grab the soda on their own, so there’s a 50-50 shot of actually receiving so don’t you order from delivery. It would be nice if the employees at Little Caesars did something to combat that like maybe a post-it or something letting them know. I know it’s completely the driver’s fault, but that’s not going to change. The pizza is very good and great price!

Diver didn’t bring my third item. For some reason this has happened the second time. Are we not notifying the driver of the full order .

They need to have more than one employee working on a weekend during a rush hour. I waited over an hour for an Italian Cheese Bread. With no option to cancel or refund order.
Horrible service
Meal was 15 minutes late and was put in the wrong portal so had to wait an extra ten mins for it asked cashier her name would not answer ask for manager name said Jose they were completely rude and unprofessional this is the worse service I have ever received would never suggest anyone to ever go to there

This is the second time this has happened!!! They gave our pizza to someone else! Why do they tell you to keep the order number and give to the clerk when picking up, if they’re not going to ask for it!!!! They never offered a discount and were very rude when we picked up their mistake!!! Piss poor management!!

My husband loves your pizza but I love the employees. Very friendly fast professional and I appreciate the service every time so I try to tip well. Thank the employees for me and tell them they are the reason I return honestly. I like the other guy’s pizza but we always get yours because of the service.

Redford location is worse than horrible.
I have vowed never to use this location because every time I’ve used it in the past it’s always been horrible. Cooked wrong, horrible service from being ignored or hot and ready not being ready for 15-20 min. Wasn’t going to use this one but my kid just moved into the area and I tried one more time. Ordered online and gave more than enough time to be ready. It showed ready to pick up in the drive thru. Waited about 2 min before honking. Honked a few times and after another minute no service so I knocked on the window. Still no response so I knocked again and decided to go in. Went in and people were walking around in the back but no one came up to check on me when I came in. I had to yell hello for someone to even acknowledge me. Finally someone came up and got my order. The only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 is the order was correct and when leaving I spilled my sauce and the person got me a replacement. I will now for sure NEVER use this location again and would recommend everyone else not to either. Or at least order well in advance and don’t expect much service. Don’t be in a hurry.
