Rewards REFUSE to load
Been using the app for a while. Have spent hundreds on orders and my rewards never load or accumulate. Reached out to customer service but they are no help .

Misleading Deals
The provided deals are never reflective of the final amount. The misleading 2 for $22 deal, is a great example. When you’re done with ordering, they assault you with multiple fees and taxes without ever providing legitimate reasons, and this deal jumps to $47. I’m not spending $47 on mediocre fast food.
