The one in Bradley.. they’re quick and it’s always presentable. The last two times though we’ve eaten there we’ve gotten ill. First time, I believe it was due to the wings being undercooked. Ended up throwing half the order away. Second time could’ve only been the pizza as we decided to forgo the wings for obvious reasons. Fingers crossed we can try one more time before swearing them off completely!

This app does not allow me to pay in cash upon delivery.
Fails to Order Often
Once again, I try to place my order through this app and receive an error message that my location isn’t open at this time. It is open, so I have to re-enter everything again into the papajohns website. The website works fine, the app is pointless.

I chose the 2 large 2 topping deal for 11.99. I added my two toppings and the pizza came to 14.00. No discount at check out. Hmmm not like advertised

Get with it Papa John, so glad I did not buy your stock! If you do t get your act together you will eventually loose all your business to Dominos. Hire a company to make your app user friendly- it the age of technology!
This is not the first time I've had issues with your app and website.
Last time 45 minutes calling customer service 2/3 times because the app was having problems accepting gift card ( never mind papa dough) finally got through to the store itself- friendly service! And ordered through them directly.
Ordering now, the app wasn't working, went to the website which wouldn't accept any of the gift cards. reinstalled the app still not working-finally was able to work.
Love your pizza at Albany but it should not take forever to order.

Would be 5 star if not for DoorDash. Every time it’s not a Papa John’s driver they forget the drink. Maybe a sign for the DoorDash drivers to check for a drink with the order. The store has been very good about getting a drink to me when it is forgotten. For this I changed my review to 5star again.

Payment Method change isn’t intuitive
Defaulted to Apple Pay. To fix it to cc, you have to select Apple Pay above a button to Apple Pay and there is a payment selection to change it to cc.
