I am reaching out because I am unable to access the Sound Library, even though I have an active Premium access.
Whenever I try to access the library, I receive a message that says "Go to shop", as if I didn't have a subscription. I have already confirmed that my payment is up to date and my account should be active.
Could you please verify my account status and let me know how to proceed to fix this?
