I hate that force deaf people to pay for that
I looked for free live translation and transcribes after Microsoft Translation is free no more! But I still look to pick the right ones that is suitable for deaf people!

My mum is deaf and this has thankfully given us back our life line. Between this app, teams and the new FaceTime update, we can now communicate clearly and I don’t get a sore throat trying to over explain something.

Miss types a lot of words
Should allow users to create a dictionary of words spoken a lot like Google live transcribe. Google live transcribe is the BEST because of the dictionary. I have made this request numerous times and never get a response. Unfortunately, Google live transcribe does not work on IOS.
Also, wrote a review in February and never heard from anyone on a dictionary recommendation.

This app helps me so much since I’m very hard of hearing..all my Doctors are just amazed by this and some have even downloaded the apps themselves..I have this app on my phone and here on my iPad..works perfectly on my phone, but my iPad sometimes don’t hear what others are saying even though they are near..either way, I’ll forever use and love this app..

This is supposedly for the hard of hearing.
Horrible!!
I am hard of hearing and tried to use this app for a job interview. The app is fair but it lagged several times and did not accurately transcribe my interviewer. There were even gaps in the transcription and I had to rely on lip reading for the duration of the interview. Please rectify this.

Unauthorised deduction of ₹5 without intimidation
I download the app and you ask me to give a mandate to make payment once free trial ends. So I approved the mandate but in process you deducted ₹5 from my account without any intimidation. Shame on you.
Lousy app
This did not work well at all on my iPhone so I ended up getting a Samsung phone and live transcribe works fantastic. Plus it’s free from android.

Very buggy, problems don’t seem to get fixed.
I thought this app was pretty good at first, but the more I used it the less I liked it. The concept is good, but they don’t fix their bugs. Five months ago, I complained about some serious problems with correcting the voice recognition issues, they still haven’t been fixed. There are things that will not get right and there’s no way to correct it with the keyboard because your corrections get erased the minute you drop the keyboard from the screen. Anything with a double S letter in it such as the word “assisted” comes up as “a**isted” .

This program skips back and forth, used wrong words, it stops for no reason and has to be started again. I don’t need all the translation language just English would be great. I have a friend and works perfectly fine on her phone.Why not my iPad?
App Issue
You should be able to display copy and pasted text and edit saved transcripts, but on this app you are unable to.
Don’t buy
This app is not reliable, I can be sitting right next to a blaring speaker and this app will not transcribe at all or; it’s a jumble of words that don’t make sense. It should be banned from the App Store.
