Great Product - Except Push Notifications Currently Broken
We’ve had this product since May 2024 - it’s been wonderful as a caregiver for an elderly family member! However, as of October 2024, the app push notifications have stopped working. Contacted LiveFine CS today, and they’ve confirmed it’s a known issue. Their R&D team is developing a resolution, but no estimated date of fix yet. The support team member I spoke with was helpful and friendly. Fingers crossed they get this feature fixed, as it’s a key reason we bought it. For now, I just have go into the app and manually check whether the meds have been taken, versus relying on automatic push notifications to my phone. Annoying, but workable.

Push Notifications Gone
We had used this app with no issues until the last few months it just stopped sending the notifications that medication was taken or not. Company website is gone. Very disappointing to those of us who need to have that notification sent.

No longer receiving push notifications, within the notifications of the phone all notifications are enabled.
Privacy issues
Why does this app need access to my photos and videos. Why are they sending my photos and contacts to China? Read the privacy policy before deciding to load the app. I deleted mine because I don’t trust China (or AI) with my personal data
Notifications Do not work
You will not get any phone notifications even after setting it in the app. Please fix. It’s a hassle to listen for a alarm. The app is useless other than setting it up without it.

Setup and use is a bit of a challenge to work through, but once done most everything works well. This app along with the pill dispenser has been invaluable at helping several of us caregivers with assisting my mother. Pill available notifications to mine and other caregivers’ iPhones worked until just recently. Unsure why it stopped working. Reloaded the app to no avail. It would be helpful to get the notifications working again, and also add a feature whereby notifications would occur when the pills are actually taken.

Good product, solved our issue
We bought this unit for my aging father-in-law to make sure his medications were administered correctly. The app could use a little work, but the unit is working as expected.
Works great but….
It works great but so far one issue with the app is I can not find a way to reset the refill date without resetting all the alarms - a pain to do every time the unit needs refilling.

Not intuitive - No Instructions
Love the idea of this and it has some nice features like the automations however the terminology in the app is extremely poor and requires explanation. There are no how-to app videos or manuals on their site or YouTube, and the chat service on their site doesn’t seem to function…it does nothing when clicked on.
I purchased two of these new WiFi dispensers for $150 each and will likely return them just because they lack basic how-to documentation to take advantage of the features I want.
