DROP IN IMPROVEMENTS We’ve upgraded the Drop In experience with a few new controls: • Mic can now be set to mute by default. • Switch easily between console and remote microphones. • Tap the screen to hide the user interface for an unobstructed view. PHOTO & VIDEO SHARING • Missed Media: If messaging is turned off, the photo and video tile on the TV home screen will now show a badge when new media is received. • Slideshow Timing: You can now customize how long each photo displays during a slideshow. OTHER IMPROVEMENTS & CHANGES • Mobile OTP: Users starting the sign-in process with an email can now opt to receive their one-time passcode via their registered mobile number. • Account Settings: You can now change the email address associated with your JubileeTV account. • Reminder Chimes: If you include a chime with a Reminder, you can now select how long the audio will play. • Network Quality Test: You can now view your test history. • Payment Alerts: An in-app notification will alert you when your credit card on file is about to expire. • Telescope: The room name is now conveniently listed at the top of the screen. Helpful, but…

Needs work on camera sensitivity in low light, in addition to motion detection in any light. I have full hours where it tells me there was presence in the room, but there are no photos attached to that summary time. This has very spotty customer service; I’ve opened 2 tickets and have heard nothing back for at least 2 months now. The “all in” option seems like a good deal, but not if I can’t get specific info that the service indicates I will be getting with even the basic option.

Game changer for my father!

This has been a wonderful asset in helping my elderly father from afar. He cannot see anymore or operate a remote correctly. He’s able to turn on and off and I can jump on and help at anytime. Also I love being able to see him on a video call anytime I want. It’s given me so much peace of mind also being able to pop on and ensure his safety.

Lifesaver!

My mom could no longer operate her remote control without frustration. Television is her main entertainment. This device has changed everything. I can now operate her tv remotely. I had no idea that I could also “drop in” to check on her and communicate with her visually and audibly through her tv. It’s amazing. She’s safer and happier. I’m a better caregiver because of it.

PERFECT!!

Amazing! They hit it out of the ballpark! I’ve had it for a month and it has saved me already hours and hours of walking through how to work the tv on the phone with my mom. A total lifesaver with so much more! I love the messages, video calls, the ability to drop in, and reminders that literally keep her from watching tv bc they are in the way- she can’t miss them. 😆 BRAVO!!!!

I live a state away and JubileeTV let’s me post recurring reminders like medication reminders. It also lets me post a message about appointments they might have. They have one button to dismiss or I can do it remotely
