The Jubille TV is team is awesome.
The developers actually fix issues that you have, the people here care about delivering a good product. I purchased the older boxes second hand and when I called in with an issue with connecting a second device they had it fixed in a couple days. The app works well, easy to use and has plenty of features. Well worth it for anyone that struggles with helping a loved one that has issues with controlling their TV. You can fix issues remotely, which saves a bunch of time and quickly gets the tv back up for your loved one.

Helpful, but…
Needs work on camera sensitivity in low light, in addition to motion detection in any light. I have full hours where it tells me there was presence in the room, but there are no photos attached to that summary time. This has very spotty customer service; I’ve opened 2 tickets and have heard nothing back for at least 2 months now. The “all in” option seems like a good deal, but not if I can’t get specific info that the service indicates I will be getting with even the basic option.

Game changer for my father!
This has been a wonderful asset in helping my elderly father from afar. He cannot see anymore or operate a remote correctly. He’s able to turn on and off and I can jump on and help at anytime. Also I love being able to see him on a video call anytime I want. It’s given me so much peace of mind also being able to pop on and ensure his safety.

Lifesaver!
My mom could no longer operate her remote control without frustration. Television is her main entertainment. This device has changed everything. I can now operate her tv remotely. I had no idea that I could also “drop in” to check on her and communicate with her visually and audibly through her tv. It’s amazing. She’s safer and happier. I’m a better caregiver because of it.

PERFECT!!
Amazing! They hit it out of the ballpark! I’ve had it for a month and it has saved me already hours and hours of walking through how to work the tv on the phone with my mom. A total lifesaver with so much more! I love the messages, video calls, the ability to drop in, and reminders that literally keep her from watching tv bc they are in the way- she can’t miss them. 😆 BRAVO!!!!
