Sends me link and it makes me go back to the App Store even if I have it downloaded

Basic functionality doesn’t work
To use this app you put in your phone number, search for your claim, and get a text message with a link. Then you click on the link, it sends you to the App Store, and then you can click the open button (since you already have the app). And it asks you to enter your number so it can look up the claim. Infinite loop.
