COMPLETE GARBAGE

NO instructions, just meaningless words and phrases that lead NOWHERE except to repeated pop-up ads asking for MORE MONEY. They just ask you to but more stuff after literally every interaction you have with this app. My God what a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

The daily to do actions are pathetic. Posting Elon Musk advices, extremely pathetic especially from a person with serious issues and is fronted as some kind of super human because he has money. The adverts are also pathetic. Pathetic!

Yes!!!

I’m literally 15min into my free trail and I am already impressed with the beautiful look and feel. By far it surpasses other apps in this realm. It’s super intuitive, easy to use and has a nice flow.
Only minor issue I see so far is during the intake quiz, I hit an in correct answer related to my energy level, I can’t seem to go back and edit/change my answer.

I bought this thing as a “stress reducer” on my computer, paying $30 for a “course.” So far I’ve received nothing but instructions to download app on my phone, which I did. No help there—no clear instructions just ads to buy more. I would like my money back! I’m a senior and I feel I’ve been taken advantage of.

Cancelation

I went to go cancel my subscription the day the trial ended and have no way to call them to get a refund. I need a refund asap, this app was not helpful for my lifestyle

Deceiving

It has you pay for the app and then when you get in the app, it won’t let you do anything until you pay for a longer subscription which I believe is $59 for the year or something so it gives you zero value I would not buy it unless you’re ready to pay for the rest of it

Bad start

I paid for this for 3 months , downloaded the app and was able to login in and do a survey/set up some daily goals, read information about cognitive therapy and then it was gone. Poof!
