Game leaderboard

Little confused on how (more often than not) the same people are always at the top of the leaderboard. With the most ridiculously high scores. I play these games to pass the time and really just want to slow grind and collect the car cards. But I look at these leaderboards of the arcade games and can’t help but think there’s no way someone is scoring that high consistently month in month out. I’d like replays of said high scores available to watch. I’ll eat my words if it can be proven they’re legit scores.
