Hate this app
Hardly ever works the way it’s supposed to. IF you can manage to login you’ll be lucky to be to do more than see your account balances

If you need your money don’t count on LNB to be able to transfer money from savings to checking, had to stay in my truck last night! it’s 7 degrees and they wouldn’t let me into my online account! this happens every time you try to get into your account or nearly everytime and this time it’s done me wrong to wrong!

Super glitchy
This app started being super glitchy a few months ago. It takes me forever to get logged in because it says it either can’t validate my credentials or an error occurred and I have to call the office. Today it told me the app violated security features, whatever that means. It also crashes a lot. I don’t know what happened with update that caused this, but it’s terrible lately.

Can’t even use Zelle even though the website says Zelle is built into the app

Can’t pay bills on my IPad but can on my iPhone.

Have trouble every time I go to Zelle it times out in 2 seconds kicks you outta the app

Every time you log into the app you get an error message and have to go back and start over.
Also, the decimal point is missing on the Mobil deposit so I can’t deposit a check.

By far the worst banking app I’ve ever used you can’t see pending charges you can’t use it to pay bills most features don’t work
Crashes. Wont open anymore
Really inconsistent. Crashes constantly. Remove from phone. Reinstall and same thing. Need a more stable banking app.

There’s no excuse for a bank like this to have such a bad app. It’s totally useless! It doesn’t even have direct deposit for business accounts and you can’t view a copy of your statement. Lyons shouldn’t even bother having this app.

Worst app
Worst banking app I have ever used. It can never validate my credentials. Password is correct. Use my fingerprint. Still won’t work. Leave it for a few hours and then it is fine. But you can never get on it when you need to

They replaced a great app with this new app. Makes zero sense. This one is terrible.
Terrible Banking App
The app is constantly down, and you don’t know when it’s going to be back up or what’s going on because LNB doesn’t post anything to social media. The remote deposit limits how much you can deposit a day, so forget it if you have multiple checks! Finding out your credit card statements is a hassle. The website isn’t much better. They need to invest in their technology.

The logo displays for two seconds then it shuts down. Tried reinstalling. Still doesn’t work. Disappointing cause I love the bank!

This app has so many flaws!!!
This app is by far the worst banking app I’ve ever used!!!! It’s constantly down and the transfer money/ bill pay option is constantly “unavailable at this time”! Thinking of switching banks solely because this app does NOT allow me to do what I need to!! Very disappointed!!!
