Exercises land ready to train. Add an exercise to a workout and it arrives with a prescription instead of an empty row: a barbell squat, deadlift, bench, press or row is set up for strength — 4 sets of 5, with weight added whenever you hit your reps — and everything else for muscle growth, 3 sets of 8–12. One decision, not seven fields. The exercise editor now opens with what a lift is for — Strength, Hypertrophy, Endurance or Custom — and sets, reps, rest and progression follow from it. Change a number yourself and the exercise says so, rather than quietly dropping the label. A deload week isn't graded. Your week card no longer marks you down for following a deload, or congratulates you on the rebound after it. It names the week instead, and your totals still count every set you lifted. Also in this update: programmes you start from a starter say what each lift is for, the workout builder shows a rep range as a range, an exercise's goal survives backups and copies, and a restored backup can no longer leave the exercise editor unable to save.
