GUIDELINE 3 — PRICE CONFIRMATION Yes, $289.00/month is the intended price of Agent Pro Monthly. Agent Pro is not a consumer tier: it is a professional tool for poker agents who manage other players, maintain custom club lists, run a referral programme and track revenue share. It is priced for that audience, and it mirrors the $249/month price of the same plan on our website. Grinder ($22/month) and High Stakes ($90/month) are the consumer tiers. GUIDELINE 2.1(b) — THE FREE TRIAL A 7-day free trial is configured as an introductory offer on all five products, in all 175 territories. Apple grants an introductory offer at most once per subscription group per Apple ID, and the sandbox Apple ID used in review had already purchased a LobbyScanner subscription in an earlier review session. StoreKit therefore correctly treated that account as no longer eligible, and the trial could not be applied to it. The defect was on our side: the previous build advertised the trial unconditionally, so an ineligible account was still shown a promise the App Store would never honour. In the new build, the app asks StoreKit for the account's introductory-offer eligibility and only displays the trial when the account can actually receive it. An Apple ID that has never subscribed sees "7-day free trial, then $X / month"; an Apple ID that has already subscribed simply sees the price. Nothing is promised that cannot be delivered. GUIDELINE 3.1.2(c) — WHAT EACH SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDES The subscription screen now shows each plan as its own card, with its name, what it includes, its length and its price: • Grinder — cash games up to $9.99 BB, all MTT data, SNG/AoF/OFC, quick filters. • High Stakes — everything in Grinder at all cash-game and MTT limits, plus the archive of historical tables, push and email notifications, and saved searches. • Agent Pro — everything in High Stakes, plus custom club lists, a player-management dashboard, a personal agent code for referrals, and revenue-share tracking. The subscription descriptions in App Store Connect and the App Store description have been rewritten to match. GUIDELINE 2.3.2 — PAID CONTENT IN METADATA The App Store description now states, before any feature is mentioned, that LobbyScanner is a subscription app and that a paid auto-renewable subscription is required to use it, with no free version and no free content. Each plan is listed with its price and contents, and the feature sections are explicitly marked as requiring an active paid subscription. Every screenshot now also carries a clearly legible "Requires a paid subscription" label, so the purchase requirement is visible without reading the description. GUIDELINE 2.3.6 — AGE RATING "Gambling" is now set to Yes in App Store Connect, and the app's age rating has been updated accordingly. For clarity: LobbyScanner is an information tool and does not offer gambling, wagering or real-money play, but it does provide information related to real-money poker, so we have rated it as instructed. The demo account (4betallinblind@proton.me) has an expired subscription, so signing in goes straight to the subscription screen and the full purchase flow can be reviewed.
