My Overall Experience
My experience with LOC mobile and LOC credit union in general has been absolutely amazing !! All the questions are answered all my issues resolved and all all from genuinely the most caring and amazing staff I’ve ever felt in and company let alone a financial institution … 10/10 I tell all my friends and family about LOC <3

Worst banking app ever
Honestly this is the worst app it bugs out constantly it doesn’t work half the time and my password doesn’t even autofill with it and makes me log in every time even tho I have Face ID on
Great App, Needs Notification Settings
I use this app almost daily. I have a half dozen accounts at LOC that I can manage with a breeze using this app. It updates instantly after a transaction just about every time. I can think of once or twice out of thousands of transactions where it took a few minutes.
Only gripe. I don’t want the same notification to check my credit score every day. Sometimes twice. I like the notification to pay my HELOC payment though. Now I’m getting a couple more daily repeat messages. Please provide a way to manage these. Otherwise great app.

New update is garbage
You’re app is more confusing now. The UI is awful and the auto capture for mobile deposit is probably the worst functioning feature I’ve ever used on a app
New update is TERRIBLE
Would give it zero stars if it was possible… not user friendly.

Recommend One Improvement
I also have a Bank of America account. The one thing on the BOA app that I like very much is their self-focusing and automatic photo of deposit checks making mobile deposits error free.

I really enjoy the ease of this app. Opens up with no problems and very easy to get the information I’m looking for. No trying to guess where I’d find information.
