Issue with login
Isn't a option to login but also won't let me use email as it says it already in use !

I have tried multiple times to receive an MFA code, after inputting my phone number, still after 2 hours I’ve not been sent a code.
I have plenty signal and internet connection (WiFi). Recently just updated the IOS version to 17.1.1

Having to get taxis with buses being on strike , local taxis are brilliant always on time pleasant drivers. Book online which is so much easier, would definitely recommend.

TERRIBLE!!!
Booked a taxi with them well in advance! It was all accepted. One hour before my taxi was due, they informed me they had to cancel it, by text!! Totally
unreliable!! By all means try them, but be prepared that they might not honour your booking!

Excellent Taxi Service
I have used Local Taxis several times recently. Highly recommend the company. Taxis are prompt, extremely clean with professional, helpful and friendly drivers. App is easy to use for asap or pre-booking also helps that you can track your taxi.
Won’t let me edit pick-up time
The app is great generally and my go-to for booking a taxi, but the app throws out an error message when I try and change the pre booked pick up time to 30 minutes later. And I’m doing this days in advance and at a ‘non peak / busy’ time so not an issue with timing.
