Selecting things during exams does not work, sometimes submitting the quiz/exam doesn’t work so you have to wait till the time runs out. How do they ship such trash.
Ruined my sanity
I'm done. ur gonna haunt me FOREVER!!! I'm getting PTSD (not diagnosed) from this app for losing my sanity. plus i couldn't even see the time, just why!?
Locked me out for 8 hours
I clicked on a link in a quiz and it successfully opened in a new browser, but when I went back to the quiz tab, the screen was completely blank and I had no way of exiting the quiz for 8 hours until it expired. Always great to lose your only study device the night before a major exam.

Doesn’t work well
I keep having issues with this lockdown browser, as it's not letting me answer some questions on a test. I can't submit my test, so I have to wait for the timer to end. And it won't even let me open my exam. I have contacted support and submitted multiple forms to help with technical issues and haven’t heard back at all. I sadly need this browser because it’s required for my class but it’s just really annoying how its not working for all of my important tests.

Seems to work just fine for the most part, there are a couple issues but its main purpose is to be a secure lock-down service for test-taking and it does that job quite well.
I am rating it one star only out of spite. Why would you suggest me to count to 10 if you're giving me only 8 seconds

I was worried about the low rating, but…
This app worked fine and as intended. I personally use bright space so I don’t know of the other issues with other platforms.

Froze with zero access
It froze and I was stuck in the test because I wasn’t able to finish it before class ended and couldn’t finish it after because the test froze on a loading screen and wasn’t able get the code from my teacher before school ended my phone broke and I had no form of communication I had to wait for my iPad to die to be able it get back in there should be some sort of emergency exit

Barely Works
I need to use it on my iPad since my laptop webcam has been broken. One problem I seem to always run into is it not letting me sign in. Typically will say my login credentials are wrong, right after I just used them to sign into another device

if i could give this -1000 stars i would. I downloaded this on my Ipad to take an exam and despite the thousand of negative review my stupid self still downloaded it anyways. It literally locked me out of my ipad stuck on the screen, NOT EVEN TAKING ME TO MY EXAM. i didn’t even get to start my exam before it completely locked me out. If this happens to you, click your top volume quickly then low volume quickly then HOLD your power button then ur ipad will shut off and restart! no need to pay or drive to get it fixed 😊 but yeah don’t download ts

How do they even programmed this app Who would even just “annndd creat”. I have to download because of the school their so strict just like they don’t have an eye to use for checking our exam even though it was online anyways we use Duggar once we leav the app it will just say “we will notify ur teacher”.

Sucks
My internet could be working perfectly fine all day in my class but the moment i open the lockdown browser suddenly I’m back in the Stone Age. And if I’m lucky and the screen doesn’t freeze. The turn in button just stops working all together and i have to wait for the test timer to go up just so it get’s submitted automatically. Even then i can’t leave because it’s still frozen so i have to exit the test through the early exist button.
