Froze with zero access
It froze and I was stuck in the test because I wasn’t able to finish it before class ended and couldn’t finish it after because the test froze on a loading screen and wasn’t able get the code from my teacher before school ended my phone broke and I had no form of communication I had to wait for my iPad to die to be able it get back in there should be some sort of emergency exit

Barely Works
I need to use it on my iPad since my laptop webcam has been broken. One problem I seem to always run into is it not letting me sign in. Typically will say my login credentials are wrong, right after I just used them to sign into another device

DONT EVERRRR DOWNLOAD
if i could give this -1000 stars i would. I downloaded this on my Ipad to take an exam and despite the thousand of negative review my stupid self still downloaded it anyways. It literally locked me out of my ipad stuck on the screen, NOT EVEN TAKING ME TO MY EXAM. i didn’t even get to start my exam before it completely locked me out. If this happens to you, click your top volume quickly then low volume quickly then HOLD your power button then ur ipad will shut off and restart! no need to pay or drive to get it fixed 😊 but yeah don’t download ts

Never download this app if you don’t wanna get sent to the ER by getting a stroke after trying this app once, not only is your device is going to get a virus. Your getting spied on constantly whoever said it works go get some help. ONE STAR
Do Not Be Afraid
The app worked perfectly fine for me. Just follow the instructions and you will be fine.
Abysmal
Selecting things during exams does not work, sometimes submitting the quiz/exam doesn’t work so you have to wait till the time runs out. How do they ship such trash.
Bad app
How do they even programmed this app Who would even just “annndd creat”. I have to download because of the school their so strict just like they don’t have an eye to use for checking our exam even though it was online anyways we use Duggar once we leav the app it will just say “we will notify ur teacher”.

Sucks
My internet could be working perfectly fine all day in my class but the moment i open the lockdown browser suddenly I’m back in the Stone Age. And if I’m lucky and the screen doesn’t freeze. The turn in button just stops working all together and i have to wait for the test timer to go up just so it get’s submitted automatically. Even then i can’t leave because it’s still frozen so i have to exit the test through the early exist button.

Doesn’t work on IPad, it says there is an error every time I try to open my exam
Horrible app. Lazy developers.
For a program that is required for so many institutions you would think they would be able to fix all the issues they have. Half the time it locks my iPad and does not let me close out of lockdown browser and won’t let the iPad turn off. I can’t believe this program has been around for TWO DECADES it still works terribly. I’m so sick of respondus I highly doubt any of their employees have a degree relating to computers at all.

Never telling my students to use this again
All of their ipads got locked for the whole day, nothing worked and we missed two tests. Don’t use this.

什么垃圾软件，考试的时候竟然把我的iPad锁死了，考试页面一直无法加载。你们是草台班子吧，功能写不好就别写了，难用就算了，竟然有这么严重的bug。祝愿开发公司早日倒闭
This App Sucks
App is hard to navigate, unwieldy and looks like it hasn’t been updated in years. Customizing text such as font, size, boldness and italics are hard to do. Either rework the interface, or give clearer instructions. As well, the right and left text view side things are really weird. Hard to work on iPad, couldn’t figure out how to shut the browser down.
