So many bug!!

Love the idea of the app, but there are constant connection issues with Apple health that make it useless.

Response from developer

Sorry about that, Julia — and thanks for the honest feedback. We’ve recently fixed a number of issues related to Apple Health syncing and overall stability. Please try updating to the latest version — it should be much more reliable now.

Subscription did not unlock features

I recently purchased the yearly subscription and in the app it says it can not find any active subscriptions.

Response from developer

Sorry about this — that’s definitely frustrating. We’ve fixed several issues around subscriptions and syncing in the latest version. Please try updating the app and restoring your purchase — it should resolve the problem.

Great Concept, Buggy App

The idea is so so great but the app itself has so many bugs it is frustrating to use. I use a Garmin watch and though you can connect it to the Garmin app, it doesn't always automatically update so I have to manually refresh, and when it does the numbers are off by a couple thousand. It also sometimes glitches in the middle of the day and resets back to 0 steps, when I've already hit my step goal for the day.

Response from developer

Thanks for the detailed feedback — and sorry for the frustration, that’s on us. We’ve made a number of improvements to syncing and step tracking accuracy in recent updates. Please try updating to the latest version — it should be much more stable now.

Needs a lot of bugs worked out

This is a great concept however the app itself needs some improvements. I currently have a subscription but sometimes when I open the app it is telling me to subscribe. I have to close it and reopen it several times to get it to stop. Also a lot of the times when I open the app it shows 0 steps. Again I have to close the app and reopen it to calculate my steps. Runs really slow. I will keep it to give time to work some of these kinks out because when it works it’s a great tool! I like the layout better than others and I like the leaderboard section.

Response from developer

Thanks for sticking with us — and sorry for the frustrating experience. We’ve recently fixed a number of issues around subscriptions, step syncing, and performance. Please try updating to the latest version — it should be much smoother and more reliable now. Really appreciate your patience and kind words about the concept and leaderboard.

I like it, but….

I do enjoy the app. I love that it does track your steps and it does lock your apps until you complete your goal. However, I don’t like that I have to open the app every day to use the feature, I wish it would do it automatically (unless there is a way I just don’t know how). Also, I was hoping to do more than two apps and it says I need to do a premium version, I don’t know where to find the premium version.

Response from developer

Thanks for the thoughtful feedback — really glad you’re enjoying the app overall 🙌 You’re right that some features currently require opening the app due to system limitations, but we’re actively working on making the experience more seamless. As for Premium, it should be available inside the app (usually when trying to access locked features). We’ve also improved subscription visibility in recent updates, so please try updating to the latest version. If you still can’t find it or something feels off, feel free to reach out — happy to help!
