I have used a million different apps to try to reduce my screen time and this is the one app that has actually been effective. Does not let you get out of blocks, gives you a few breaks but is almost impossible to get around. The tree planting system is rewarding and incentives progress. Great tool for managing screen time and productivity

Unfortunately anything that uses AI for its production is an instant no for me, the opening image when you first open the app looks severely AI generated

App Caused Serious iPhone Issues
I installed this app to reduce screen time, but after using it I began experiencing serious issues on my iPhone.
The first issue was Bluetooth audio playback. Whenever I listened to music on any Bluetooth device, the current song would finish, the next song would start, and then playback would automatically pause within about a minute. This happened consistently across multiple Bluetooth devices.
The second issue occurred during phone calls. About once or twice a week, when answering an incoming call, the final ringtone note would continue looping or buffering and would interfere with the call audio. This issue was intermittent and difficult to reproduce.
After working with Apple Support, I was advised to remove this app because it was using Screen Time restrictions. Once I uninstalled the app, the Bluetooth playback issue was completely resolved. Because the ringtone issue occurred randomly, I cannot confirm whether it was also caused by the app, but it never happened often enough to properly test afterward.
Unfortunately, I paid for a yearly subscription and can no longer use the app because of these issues. My experience was disappointing, especially since the problems affected core iPhone functionality such as music playback and phone calls.
