Doesn’t find connected device
Have the Zone 100 headset, despite it connecting via Bluetooth on my iPhone. Cannot connect via the this app. False advertising.

App consistently loses connection with earbuds
Been using Zone True Wireless on iOS for a few years now. iPhone and earbuds are fullly up to date on software.
The entire time, the iOS app will consistently and frequently not find the connected earbuds, despite them being connected via Bluetooth at the time I launch the app. Have to put earbuds back in case, push connection button for app to find them. Should be noted there is no need to reconnect to Bluetooth on system.

It cannot find supported Zone Vibe headphones

App is garbage. Won’t connect to Zone Vibe 125 at all.
Zone Vibe is Awful
App does nothing to update this device and device won’t work without updates. Cute looking garbage. Into the trash it goes as it won’t connect to teams. Booooo.

Die männliche deutsche Headsetsprache ist richtig fies und zu laut bzw. die Lautstärke nicht anpassbar. 👎

Pairing mode prompt is stupid
My devices are already paired to my phone but this app can’t see them, and asks me to out the device in paring mode again. This is just stupid, no other headphones app I use can’t find already paired devices. Please fix it. My headphones are already paired.
Zone 950 won’t update
Just Bought this on cyber Monday…but they require a update right so I update them. Then after 1/2 of the update it pauses and nothing happens and doesn’t give me the 2nd update and due to it not fully getting both updates it erases the first update and makes you restart..
So now you have some hope still left right so you restart and try again…
And wow it happens again.. my device is brand new full function able and fully charged but needs this update by the look of the patch notes it would really help out my device..
I may have to Return these they were a gift I’m glad I tested them only to find theirs a software update issue idk if they’ll resolve this before Christmas man I hope you guys don’t get tons of returns. But unless this is fixed I’m returning these and not getting a 2nd pair.

I want to return the Vibe 125
the wireless receiver is a pain with no benefit. no increase in range or clarity.
Now today I find out the Tune app doesn’t work with the 125 for some mysterious reason. I am going to request an exchange from Logitec. This headset sounds like
crap and has no noise cancellation with out this app. Buyer beware. Dont get the Vibe 125 of you plan to use it with a phone
