What in the world?
This app no longer connects
to the 2021 Intel Mac Pro in GarageBand or Logic Pro, and of course the iPad will not let you go back an OS version.
I am kicking myself for upgrading to the latest OS versions on my iPad and Intel 16 core 192 MB 4TB Mac Pro.
It worked perfect before.
Apple wants to force everyone to upgrade everything, which I can’t do, hopefully they will fix this situation and the GarageBand bug that puts all takes on your track screen taking up space.
If not I’ll probably consider Linux or yikes even windows just the music apps.
Apple also refused to give Intel Logic Pro and GarageBand new sounds banks and the stem splitter, while all the other 3rd party DAWS allow this, as you don’t need the latest AI hardware Apple machine to dothat.
Oh well.
Fingers crossed.
But Apple treats Intel Mac buyers and owners worse than Microsoft, it’s like pure hate, and that’s saying a lot.

Update required
For latest Logic Pro 12 and mainstage 4 it’s not connecting some times please update
now useless
i have a perfectly good older tablet that had 2 jobs - remote logic and mixing station. why must you write out perfectly good hardware from your software. how wasteful, polluting and just not cool. at least my third party software still works. 👎👎
Please update the Logic Pro remote app.
Doesn’t work with the new logic pro update please help I need this.
