Not fit for purpose

The most frustrating app ever. My employer is switching to this app. It traps you in a loop of signing in and authenticating your account. Tried to sign in sooo many times and it won’t let me.

Once again, the Co-Op demonstrates complete disinterest in the wellbeing of their employees

This has happened over and over again. New technology and tools, completely untested by actual employees, forced upon us to fulfil some corporate agenda to make the company more efficient at the expense of the worker. Take, for example, the new paper bags we use for online deliveries. A good idea in theory. More easily recyclable and sturdier to carry heavier loads. But it is blindingly obvious that this tool was never tested or approved of by the people who would have to use it. The bag has no carry handles and is cumbersome to carry, making it inconvenient for the already overworked employees. Here, with this new app, colleagues are confused and frustrated by the convoluted app design preventing them from accessing their shifts, which in turn endangers their income. All for no apparent reason, as the website that was being used before was absolutely fine and did not need to be changed. The obvious solution going forward? Issue polls directly to colleagues through the shifts website, so that these polls are easily accessible to all colleagues through a website they frequently use anyway. These polls and their outcomes should be used to determine decisions which primarily affect employees, so that the disconnect between the lofty, distant decision makers and the people they affect every day can be lessened. The Co-Op claims to put their members and employees first. Start acting like it.

What is going on? Total garbage!!!

Terrible app, poorly designed, everything takes three times longer. Trust me it really is sooo bad!!!
Update on my review after a few months…….
Total chaos, staff missing shifts because they don’t know they are working, not even managers can easily see who should be working so you have no idea who to ring if no one turns up. Seriously Logile inc 90% of the app is pointless, scrap it and start again, the tech behind it all might be amazing but if the app is unusable then what is the point?
I’ve worked in retail for 30 years and it has never been this bad, it was more organised when rotas where written on paper. kudos to Logile inc sales team, if you can sell this rubbish you can sell anything 😂

Well Done

Impossible to sign in, cheers Co-op. You’ve made it harder than ever to access shifts, well done.

This is just so bad

The app was made to show you your shifts
Newflash: It doesn’t show you your shifts.

Might as well skip work and blame the app whilst you can!
