App is awful. Half the time it won’t pick up the bar code on the modules, rarely picks up the barcode on the vehicle, and when it does, it fails to be able to distinguish trim and color. Gives a generic color list and sometimes doesn’t even list a color…orange for instance. I use it 5-10 times a day and swear at it 7-20 times a day.

Hardware is constantly changing. App has constant issues with connecting to servers and logging out and having to reset password. Latest hardware we received do not fit right in our vehicles (VW Audi adapters), which adds more time and modifying to installing.

Not a bad system to work with. The app is easy to work with. Its nice to find cars on a big lot even if the battery is dead cuz it will tell u where the car last was. We have storage lots so it makes it easy to pin point where your vehicle is

I do not know how build this app for you but you should not pay them. It’s almost impossible to scan serial number on device because app does not support autofocus. And we pay that company 10.000$ month , can’t believe.

Broken
Cannot reset password, login page just hangs after resetting and trying to login. Emailed customer support from their “lost password page” and got an email bounceback saying “invalid recipient”. Good times… not really.

Car was stolen and not recovered
Our car was stolen today and we had Kahu installed. Kahu is not able to get a ping on our car. They said that is the car was probably stolen by professional criminals and they either take out the car battery, or put the car in a concrete structure, or put it in a shipping container then the car cannot be retrieved as there is no signal. This is not what they say in their marketing material that it can be retrieved in 20 minutes. Their customer service also sucked and the reps could not be bothered!

Glitch and slow
Had problems on both Apple and Android devices over the past year or so.
Scam
The app shows inaccurate addresses, expensive and you gotta pay for it every 6 months or more to keep it going and there is-no support for it except to investigate the wrong locations . The company’s reps will tell you to contact the dealer . So you always gotta go back to the dealer for everything related to service . Dealers uses this to add more fees to the already rip off prices of their cars. Stay away from its not worth it

This app needs to connect to the servers on a consistent basis and it does not. App is very helpful but when the app does not connect to server it becomes very frustrating...
