Not Accessible for the blind
this app is unusable with voiceover. Considering blind people have to use taxis, they should have considered this and tested accessibility before releasing it.

Looks good so far, but needs improvements.
It’s a bit confusing regarding how to pay. I booked a ride at a fixed price, yet it was charging my credit card more? I’m waiting to see what gets posted in my bank account before escalating it.
I would also like to suggest listing the taxi number in the vehicle information. I don’t know car types and find it confusing. The number was easy.

I’m really impressed with the new Lokal taxi app! It’s easy to use and makes getting a taxi so much simpler. The booking process is smooth and I love having everything right are my fingertips. Definitely recommend giving Lokal a try! 🚕📱👏

So excited to finally have the new Lokal app! It feels fresh, simple and really easy to use. I love being able to book a local ride right from my phone, and the lower app rate is a great bonus!!! Such a nice modern update from a local taxi company that’s been part of the Waterloo Region community forever. 🙌
