It is the easiest way to shop. Owner and her staff are really great and always answer any questions you may have. Owner always has videos describing the item and fit of the product which is super helpful. Highly recommend!

Disappointed
Horrible customer service. My item is still not here and it’s been over 10 days. Then they can’t fulfill something and give you a credit & don’t even let u know. So disappointing!

Hi Trina. Thanks for your feedback. It looks like we shipped your item on the 4th business day and it took 6 calendar days for USPS to deliver. Our shipping times are usually 1-2 business days after the free shipping window on our APP ends (24 hours of free shipping after you place an order). It does look like an out of stock item was refunded as a credit for $2.12 because paypal at the time was a third party payment provider and refunds were not an option. Sorry this was an inconvenience to you. XOXO Ash
