لن يتم التعامل معهم مره اخرى
للأسف هذه المرة كانت تجربتي معكم مخيبة للآمال. طلبت تعديلًا بسيطًا جدًا وهو تغيير العمر لانه مناسبة ميلاد وهديه لكن تم تنفيذ الطلب بشكل خاطئ وكتابة الملاحظة نفسها على الكيكة بدل تنفيذها، ووصلت الهدية بهذه الصورة إلى صاحبة المناسبة، مما سبب لي إحراجًا كبيرًا وأفسد المناسبة بالكامل.
تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وأوضحت أن الخطأ من قبلكم، لكن للأسف كان الرد: “ما عندنا حل.” واضطررت إلى طلب كيكة جديدة على حسابي الخاص حتى أتدارك الموقف.
الأخطاء واردة، لكن عدم تحمل المسؤولية وعدم تقديم أي حل أو تعويض هو ما يفقد العميل ثقته. بهذه الطريقة أنتم لا تخسرون قيمة طلب واحد فقط، بل تخسرون ثقة العميل وولاءه، لأن العميل قد ينسى الخطأ، لكنه لن ينسى طريقة التعامل معه.

الموقع غير موثوق به وليس عندهم مصداقية ولا. قم تلفون للتفاهم و الكيك تعبان و فيها رائحة غير جيدة و علبة الكيك فيها رائحة كريهة جدا

I am extremely disappointed with my first order from your company.
The cake was delivered in an unacceptable condition, as clearly shown in the attached photos. It has visible cracks, poor finishing, and an overall appearance that does not reflect the quality promised by your brand. This cake was ordered for a special occasion, and receiving it in this state was both embarrassing and frustrating.
To make matters worse, the delivery was delayed, causing me to waste my time waiting and creating unnecessary stress before the event.
I paid for a professionally made celebration cake, but what I received was far below acceptable standards. The product delivered does not match the quality expected for the price paid.
I am requesting a full refund for the cake or appropriate compensation for the poor product quality, delayed delivery, and the inconvenience caused.
As a first-time customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
