This app is a scam! You will NEVER get your money from them!! They keep changing their payouts, they use a junk bitcoin app to cash out to, and it requires a minimum of 1 million sats to withdraw!! Customer service is a joke. Always saying things will be getting better and they get worse. Not worth the time or effort!! DO NOT USE!!!

Never getting your money
I've been using this app for six years or more. I've managed to a mass about $600 worth of bitcoin. The day came that I needed some money. I attempted to convert the bitcoin to Cash, which on their system it said it did but then it would not let me withdraw the money. They told me that they're still working on getting that working. I've tried to set up tickets. They never answer them. I have spent literally some of my day every day for six years. You're never getting your money just like I'm never getting my money. Don't bother wasting your time.

Bait and Switch. I’ve been using this app for years now i’m forced to connect to all my banking info???? Is that why the games stopped working as well?
Withdraw still not working
Like others have mentioned. Won’t let me withdraw by bitcoin. Seems to no longer be a working app
Impossible to withdraw
They claim to support Lightning Network for withdrawing. Doesn’t work with NiceHash as advertised in their help pages. Support was unsupportive. They offer conversion to USD. Did that (without them confirming before committing) and now it’s stuck in a dead end of no way to move from there. In addition, daily sats now requires a credit card. Done, but the linking fails every time. Such a scam!

Its not an option if you no longer offer a daily prize without making me give you my credit card info

I’ve been a user for years, and ever since the app was bought by another company, I haven’t been able to withdraw my earned money since July 2025. Additionally, I’ve been waiting purchase rewards to clear for over year, with a support ticket sitting for 6 months. Now, they want me to link my credit card to continue using the daily rewards. Nothing is trustworthy about this app. I’m done.

Forced to share credit card
Lolli was wonderful until they were acquired.
Since then, awful user experience, went almost a year without being able to withdraw funds and now you are forced to share your credit card info with them if you want to continue earning rewards.

Never Ending Story
Been using this app for years, however, now they require connecting a credit card simply to have access to the most basic functions of the app. You cannot transfer your earnings any longer, so it’s just stuck in your account. Even at that, I was only earning maybe $5 per year logging in every day and scanning receipts when I had them. This app is not even worth downloading anymore. Plenty of other similar apps. Don’t waste your time with this one.

Another withdrawal and another contact to support
Every time you try and withdrawal it seems there a problem. Tons of unfulfilled or pending rewards from as far back as Sept 2022 (it’s now May 2023). Support is always days to reply and never seems to have a fix. Always patch something together. Beware!
Added 7/14/23- they took 2 months to reply to this and offer say to contact support - which is half the problem, support taking too long. Since this original post I’ve had the same experience going forward. Continued delays and every time I’ve tried to withdraw there’s a new excuse why it doesn’t happen as it’s advertised as working. This last one took over almost a week from the time it was supposed to be deposited. Continued lack of adequate support. Beware!!
Update : continue to become less useful and worse over all. Highly recommend against downloading his app. Still buggy. They’ve increased the payout threshold again so it’s basically useless. Now you have to register a credit card to even get the the Dialy free credit. Will be deleting as soon as they transfer funds out.

Fold is Ruining Everything
This app is lame after being taken over by the Fold app.
Unreliable
This app used to be great. But rewards repeatedly get stuck in pending limbo and help requests are met with a shrug of the shoulders and the usual evasion. SKETCH.
Work in Progress, but can Withdraw
You can now again earn BTC cash back from many stores, albeit seemingly less than before and without credit card integration. But you can still earn.
But as of today, you can withdraw easily from Lolli to a lightning network BTC wallet.

They stole all of my satoshis I had saved up what a ridiculous app… why mistreat people who took the time to build you up… I emailed them constantly and they said they were working on bettering it but all I get is a black screen…
App is a total scam
After using for over a year, there’s no actual way to cash out. Even now that they switched to bitcoin there is not a way to accept any of the bitcoin emails even on the ones that they suggest. Don’t waste your time.

I used to be able to earn bitcoin at McDonald’s Starbucks and Costco with Lolli, not any more. And now you need a lighting address to withdraw bitcoin. Why does it take two years for my purchases to be approved? This app sucks

Gone down hill, Used to be Great and Easy to Use
I’ve used Lolli for the past 3+ years, it used to be awesome and very user friendly to use and understand, was great way to watch bitcoin back on purchases. Now it’s gone way downhill, is confusing and not user friendly at all.
Many of the previous features and things that made the app great no longer exist now. No ability to connect credit or debit cards like before, no way to activate offers to earn bitcoin back on purchases (only weird links that take you out of the app), no ability to shop offer sites within the app like before. The entire app is pretty much useless now. I would guess their active monthly users took a massive nosedive.
